Take a look at:

  • BitPay: https://bitpay.com/
  • BTCPay: https://btcpayserver.org/
  • Coinbase Commerce: https://commerce.coinbase.com/?lang=en
  • CoinPayments: https://www.coinpayments.net/

  • BitPay: https://bitpay.com/

I'd suggest staying away from BitPay: https://debitpay.directory/anti-bitcoin/

BTCPay is a way better alternative, and if you want some alts, you can go with Coinbase commerce. It's non-custodial as well.

Please don't recommend these list which is not tested.

The only recommended Payment gateway if you are going to have an eCommerce business BTCpay which is already mentioned above.

Another option for that is Blockonomics merchant from here https://www.blockonomics.co/merchants#/page1

BTCpay and Blockonomics is my best option and tested by me never experienced any issue using them.

You can get more option from this link Awesome Bitcoin Payment Processors (https://github.com/alexk111/awesome-bitcoin-payment-processors)

I recommend using coinpayments or blockonimics for easy setup and lower merchant fees. Btcpay is way overprice to implement to your small website but its the most recommended on the list mentioned above.

If you plan on selling low value items it would be a good idea to go with a payment processor that accepts Lightning Network payments such as OpenNode, Coingate, or CoinPayments.

I tend to agree with this statement that BTCpay will most be recommended the above suggestions. If you will plan to follow this suggestion (which is good for me) just heads up to this link of article that might help you upon creating an account, How to Create an Online Store & Accept Bitcoin – Step By Step Guide (https://bitcoinshirt.co/how-to-create-store-accept-bitcoin/), just follow the tutorial for the best result IMO.

If you plan on selling low value items it would be a good idea to go with a payment processor that accepts Lightning Network payments such as OpenNode, Coingate, or CoinPayments.
Good idea, it will also help the congestion of the blockchain especially if have bulk transaction of micro payment which is need to have low fees.
Here is the full list of that, The Top 5 Lightning Network Payment Processors (https://www.bitcoinlightning.com/the-top-5-lightning-network-payment-processors/).

I don't recommend to use Coinpayment because it's restricted in some countries.

If he wants to use Coinpayments make sure to read this first https://www.coinpayments.net/help-restricted
To avoid any issue using their service. If you have some customers in these countries much better to use other payment gateways to accept bitcoin.

Read this Coinpayments - Service Restriction Notice (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5156686.0)

@Op just like their suggestion.

I mostly read good reviews about blockonomics.

One of the review, I've seen --> https://www.reddit.com/r/blockonomics/comments/aj76qh/blockonomics_a_detailed_review/

It redirects you to a link but it's not a secure website which where actual review is.
