This looks like an exchange and I have no idea about it. Can you tell us the full story and also if you move this to the Scam Accusations section then you will get more response. There are too many sites these days and most of them are waiting to scam innocent new people in the cryptocurrency industry.

So the full story goes like this:

I got a promocode for that site, they have a roulette game, and the code was like for a one round in that game. Well, I won, totally over 2000$ in btc, eth and bch. In order to cash those, the support said I needed to make a minimum deposit, like 0.013 btc.

In the end, there were many kinds of rules, and as a newbie, I made some silly mistakes when depositing, And when you make a deposit, you have to play again some rounds of that roulette game. And just when my account was unfreezed, I had to play the game and I won, again. Funds were over certain limit and freezed. New deposit was needed.

I have deposit 0.2 btc, and according support, this would be the time for withdraw. When I try I got error message, and withdraw fails. Support, which was very helpful and always explained everything well, is now gone. No answer, 26 hrs gone. There is a chat also in the site, week ago I asked the user, if the site was legit... oh yes, sure it is.

I have thought like what they do with my money, I have deposited so little? What it is worth for site owners to rob my money. I guess they could go for bigger amounts with somebody else, I am just a ordinary guy with minor funds?

Yeah, we've heard your story unfortunately from tens if not hundreds of users.
The same scam, they offer you bonus codes, the games are rigged so you surprisingly win, but in order to get your winning, you have to make a real deposit. And then you win more, and you have to deposit more. And then you have to play more and you win more...you get the idea!

I have thought like what they do with my money, I have deposited so little? What it is worth for site owners to rob my money. I guess they could go for bigger amounts with somebody else, I am just a ordinary guy with minor funds?

You deposited 0.2 BTC, in a lot of countries that's 3 to 6 monthly wages, it costs them 10$ the domain and 5$ the hosting.
Quite profitable, isn't it?

Bottom line.
Never , NEVER! deposit any money on a website that ask you for $ in order to withdraw your winning.
If they are legit they would take that sum out of the winning, right?

But who are the users? Are they real or fake? And am I the only one scammed? Probably not.

LE:
Reading @Slow death reply, what users are you asking about, The ones complaining or the ones on that website?
The ones complaying are real, the others>

Fake, the trades you see are run by bots, the telegram channel (if they have one) would also be full of bots,  everything is either fake as the numbers on the homepage about the amounts traded and the number of clients or run by scripts.
Only the guy that you talked in support is real and he is the scammer behind all this.

And am I the only one scammed? Probably not.

Unfortunately, no, you're not the only one. I constantly see users arriving here every week telling the same story as you so we probably multiply the number by 10 as most of them take the loss and go quiet or they don't have a clue this website exists in the first place.

But who are the users?

@stompix is saying that there are many users who constantly come to this forum to complain about situations like yours

Are they real or fake?

the users who come on this forum to tell stories like yours are obviously real, no one would waste time coming to tell a story that was cheated knowing that no one likes to be cheated.

And am I the only one scammed? Probably not.

you may not be the only one who was scammed, but you lost 0.2 btc and that's not a little money

Seems fake, they are only days old and how come they have millions of traders? Bigger than Binance? Bot traders? Very likely that this is a scam site. How come you used that site? Did someone endorse this to you or just found out from the net?

I got the code in a forum (will not put here the forum, they have nothing to do with this...), and the site was praised in the same place. Got even a private message about the site and how good it was. Maybe I will ask that person if he still stays in his opinion.

And somebody in chat also say that that is  a legit site. Clever bots?
