I've been trying to get the focus and time to continue to work on this web based browser game, and now I just want to focus on something that is fully functional and multiplayer with the following: One click based battles, trading, buying, selling, auction house, crafting, growing plants, taming pets and so much more. We also will have a stock trading platform so you can also learn very basic stock trading.

The partner I'm looking for may need to know a bit about php and mysql, but not necessary. I may also need a illustrator to come up with the graphics for each items. lastly A lore writer too.

One more thing I wanted to ask what type of theme web based game would you like to see? Any suggestion would be grateful.

If your game resembles anything like Harry Potter and you're going to distribute it online, you better get permission from Disney to release such a thing (they will likely NOT allow you to make this) or else they will DMCA your game off the internet. They own the copyrights to the Harry Potter franchiae, and it's their Intellectual property. They agressively search for materials like yours and give them DMCAs.

My judgement says, based on your username, you're not going to ask Disney first.

It won't resemble anything like harry potter for copy rights theme it's more fantasy wizardry theme with names like harry potter and our own made up items. Also their wont be any images resembling whats on the harry potter flim but you will see something what will remind you of harry potter. From there if we did get any attraction from Disney I could easily change everything to more harry potter theme but who knows we might not need them.

PS: https://browsergame.io is a demo of the site I was working on before it's a fantasy mafia browser game but can be turned in to anything with the right minds.

I would suggest removing the "PayPal" part in your subject field since this is "bitcointalk".

Then you'll have a hard time finding an investor for this project ^{[for now]}.

PayPal doesn't protect anybody if they send you money as an investment. 

Why do you need $250?  It doesn't cost anything to write code.

It does if it sent has a product and not family and friends. Just in case the person who might join me on this didn't get the right response from me they can easily make a dispute and most likely get the money back, but that a side there won't be any need for charge backs or silly disputes I am looking to make a successful project out of this browser game.

The things I can't do, or get stuck on a chunk of code I have someone that can help at a cost.

Find someone else who can help for free.

I'm not being toxic but don't you think I tried that? I have been on many forums attempting to find someone to help with this project I got basically everything done. Just need someone to help speed up things. If the partner has coding knowledge (php, mysql) I could probably create something for them.

Suggest something I could provide as collateral and I most likely find a solution.

It would be fun to see a browser based game that is similar to Runescape. This kind of MMORPG is something I would like to see where the money you will be earning has an option to be traded into cryptocurrencies, I don't know if this is the question you are looking for but definitely there is a big market for games like this especially for RPG fans who likes the idea of earning something while grinding in the game. Aside from that I have not played any other browser based games recently so I'm not that familiar with any kind of layout to my liking.
