If I get scammed after the transaction the blame is on me since I go in knowing what I am doing. I know all about these SES scams and spam, I am not in that field. Since you already know the risks of what will you are doing, in this stage I doubt anyone can stop you to buy the code you want. As was already called out, likely a scam.
