I am curious, you appeal to unban your account before but your account still active a few hours ago, so you got unban then banned again now? If so, then the reason could be still what @rhomelmabini in your previous thread, which is plagiarism. EDIT: TryNinja found it already. It doesn't matter. Were you banned for 15 months or permanently?Permanently = forever. As long as you have a banned account, you can't create nor use a new one.
