What happened::I opened a 1xbit account. Deposited 10eth so around 0.348btc.
I won with a pretty good winrate mostly on table tennis and volleyball.
When I got to 0.9 btc I tried to make a withdrawal of 200mbtc but it got blocked.
Following this i contacted security email and they only replied with this

Sorry that you are experiencing this. You should have read some reviews posted online against 1xBet. Anyway, hopefully you get something out of here.

About the update i don't really have much info and didn't save anything expect emails.

They are ignoring every emails i send.

I just made a short visit to 1xbit forum profile and its inactive for last 3 days. Keep patience and wait for their response here.

It looks better now. However, one more thing you can add. Since it's ETH and you have a blockchain tx ID. It will be better if you post it too. This will 100% prove that you indeed deposited 10 ETH.

Hey everyone, i added the tx id. I deposited twice 10 eth You can see it clicking on the txid deposit adress.

Two amounts came from two different addresses and both had same amount of coins which is no problem I guess. I am assuming it has been done from exchange and the exchange took it's fees in both case.

I mean, i lost the total of my first deposit, so i deposited another time.

The second time they basically stole my deposit + benefits.

Why would i be lying, txid comes from my exchange where i stock my cryptos. Deposits adress are unique and can't be shared. Losing my first deposit is all my fault. Getting the second one blocked with the benefits is not.

Sorry, I did not mean you were lying it was not adding up but now since you explained, it makes sense. I am watching this thread and I will have full support for you

I know it's none of my business but keeping large amount of coins in the exchange is not good practice unless you are regularly trading. You should consider having a wallet of your own which private key will be in your control. Remember not your key not your coin. Anything can happen with those exchanges and in this case you are going to lose your coins. I hope it makes sense for you.

As long as you are aware of the risk and have reasons to keep some of them in the exchange, you are good. You are welcome buddy. Hopefully we hear something good from 1Xbet.

Another PS: Please do not trust any newbie or some other guys who will ask you to resolve your case and will ask money for it. Do not give any penny, any personal details to anyone. Too many people (scammers) will try to take advantage from you since they already know you have some corns. Good luck.

Sorry OP, 1xBet/1xBit are such shameless cheats. You lost the first deposit, and they happily took it and then after making some good winnings with the second deposit and all of a sudden it's a security issue  >:(
One of the worst gambling sites with the worst reviews online I have ever come across. I wouldn't trust them with even a cent.

Calm down mate this wont solve the circumstance, remember they claim to understand new teams? The things they do now is what will justify if they have indeed changed or not.

OP, we can only advise you guys to stay away from the shady gambling site and we cant totally save you when things like this happened especially when it not the first time.
In the meantime, if the circumstances still the same go and report it on askgambler and twoplustwo or alttalks (https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=165728.195) where they secretly hold campaign after they are not allowed here.

I don't think they have minimum care about people's negative reviews. They have strong advertisement budget and you will see their banner ads on many places but i don't know why the their mentality being so narrow when its a matter of solving accusation. There is multiple accusation against them but after that if people feel it safer to use their platform then what we can do actually.

If I am not wrong then gamblers are running after this platform by seeing their online ads and facing the reality after getting issues during withdrawal.

I totally understand why SiNeReiNZzz is frustrated because if you have seen all the scam accusations made against them here. This is the very same garbage 1xBIT/1xBET keep spewing with no solutions whatsoever, and we all know how this may also end.

Whoever is responsible for their marketing is really so stupid. They keep snatching off customer's winnings and then going to massively advertise for the platform. What's the point? It's like trying to fill up a basket with water.

Yeah i agree with you that very soon their days will be over when people will lose all their interest about this platform. You may have seen that they have tried to run different sites with different name and its a sign that they are not getting enough responses on their old one.

Its obvious that no one can continue for a long time with this type of money stealing activities and hopefully existing gamblers of their platform will change their mind soon. IMO they are just taking advantage of the power of advertising which is being possible because still people are not enough aware about them.

did you have any withdrawals with them in the past ? according to their  rep here players don't lose deposits when this happen but their support will credit back the deposit so if you haven't made any withdrawal you should at least qualify for your deposits back ( again that's what their scammy rep said here )

you deserve to get your whole balance but I guess you will be super lucky if you even got your deposit back , 1xbit has been screwing players for several years now

I had a problem with them in the past and I know how full of shit they are but since they keep mentioning the refund thing hopefully you will benefit from it
thing is that they remove access from your account and they have a habit of lying , they can just say that the user got a refund since they have nothing to lose and their reputation here is already bad but good luck anyways

Interesting what would be the results of their investigation. The 1xbit account replied here that they will do investigation. Hopefully, they will do action on this and not just end up saying they will do an investigation. They already lost their credibility a long time ago. But still, there are players who wanted to try their luck in this casino.

What did you mean by this? You mean they are going to give you the first deposit of 10 ETH you made too?

I doubt they will send the one that he lost so probably just the 2nd one , at the end they just freeroll their bettors and if they start refunding what players lose as well their scam will be less profitable  :D

the funny thing is that their rep here said that people always get their refunds while it's clear now they sent him the same email they send to other players without mentioning the refund
if he didn't open a topic here they would have his deposit too

keep us updated Fabi and try your best to get the deposit that you lost too , cause in theory you should get all the deposits that you made

If u want to earn money from investment than you can invest on staking rewards in popular cryptocurrency exchanges. But dont invest like 10 eth. Invest as much as you can lose. Leave gambling & be part of staking platform. If dont know about it just Google it.

It's more like they are trying to say "If you make a huge winning we shall make up a suspicious activity in your account, refuse to pay your winnings until you persuade us to return your initial deposit which is much lower than your winnings. If you lose, well then F**K you"

No only my two deposit. Since my profit were covering both deposit they reopened my account and I was only able to withdraw

Are you happy with the process? You were suppose to receive 0.9 BTC but they settled for less. What was the reason for them to lock your account and why they did not pay you in full? Would you mind to elaborate the case so that the community knows?

From my observation the job 1Xbet has done in this case is not what they do always. So this will be interesting to know what changed their mind to make this little difference.

actually this is what they always do according to their rep , when they don't like someone winning they will just steal his profits
if player withdrawals exceeds his deposits they will steal all the remaining funds in the account , if the withdrawals are less than deposits they will pay the difference
basically they are freerolling their bettors every single time , but the funny part is that their "security team" never mentioned to the player that he can at least take his deposit back

can you please share why the security team didn't mention that the player is eligible to get his deposits back ? you only paid him after he made a thread here and said that he didn't make any withdrawal in your site
if I was part in a security team I should have this info that the player had no withdrawals in history and I would mention to him in the email that the account will be closed and ask him for an address for refund

so if the player didn't complain it seems you would be fine with stealing his deposits as well

I haven't messaged him that he is eligible to get his deposits, it was made by the team - when i send them a request about re-investigation, this case already was under consideration, that's why it didn't take long to re-open his account.

Dealing with same issues with Cloudbet.  They stole about 1.4 btc from me.  Cite violations, but they waited for me to deposit to steal the funds.
