I think they won't gonna tell us how they will make a profit with their unique service. if so, there will be lots of people who mimic their service and that would make a lot of competitors in the industry. Mostly they just give us some free start or trials because this kind of service cannot be free forever. that's what I think of their service or they can make it free forever but they will earn from another source which we don't want to know about that since they give us free service anyway.

And why do i find it hard to believe the above bold statement, there is this popular saying that "there is no such thing as free meal" so in this regard i still have my doubt about your project, because i know this will not be sustainable for a long time, maybe you are doing this as a first base to attract customers and gain some trust before the offer will change and display the hidden true cost  ;D

Bad thing from ICO project have much allocation supply coin for developer and team advice, why more than half coin supply on their hand and why not give about 10% for advice team and developer to make coin keep stable on higher price. When ICO have success listing on exchange market with good price I think with 45% allocation for advice and developer team will sell all their assets and make investor lost much their investment, next time I will join with ICO have under 15% supply allocation for for team and developer to make coin price stable on higher price and not have chance for advice team to make price down.

There's nothing in this crypto field that is entirely free, you have to do or give something to get out something. It's either the op is doing it for free as he claimed but wouldn't tell you how he is benefiting and along last, you will be in the dark. I am skeptical about everything.
The profile feedback and trust also says a lot about his offer, you should reconsider and trade with caution.

So what's the catch?

If it is a non-profit project, where do you get the budget to sustain it.
All know that everyone has to pay bills to help with life, you definitely need a huge financial resource to be able to pay employees and develop client projects.
Besides that you also said that making sure projects get soft cap, can you tell clearly how to do it.
