I actually asked from your own words, because your answer gave an impression that you yourself was not satisfied with your own performance, so the answer is not "to whom", but "by whom", as you said it yourself that,


And, please tell me, what criteria should someone possess (be it a passerby, someone who interested to your platform, someone who dubious, or anyone in general) to be counted as having a valid comment (or questions) for your project?

The idea is pretty interesting but there is a lot of work to do here. Looks like project needs additional processing or something like that

i dont think this platform will pull it off in the market. very hard to make your token valuable in the market. so more then likely, those who will create their token here would have the difficulty to sell it in the market.
though their platform seems easy to use in creating your own ICO or token, however, creation is just one facet in the development. the hard part is how you will sell it to the community.

And it'll be even more difficult with their absence and... tad-bit-less-friendly manner. IMO, first days of project introduction (although theirs were actually been around since months ago) is crucial and need a lot of time dedicated on their channels to reply questions. This absence (although it's still just a "mere" one day of absence) could create a bad impression
