I felt that this topic would encourage Indians who are a newbieNewbies, Jr Members, Members and Full Members here to post more and get engaged on this Indian board.

This topic will be here on an ongoing basis unless this forum prohibits me to continue this thread.

I will be distributing Merits from my kitty which is 15 at the moment, other senior Members are welcome to contribute.

You will only receive Merits from me if you create a topic on the Indian board and if I feel your topic has contributed to the betterment of the Indian board.

Really this is a great idea to get more Indian members to here and it will be helpful for India board to be active, so I am also going to give a merit to who going to reply here with good quality topics.

Better fit into off topic India not in the main discussion board.

Good idea pakhitheboss to have some discussions on this board. Only thing is that newbies and Junior members we have seen are hardly or say very less, so just in case you want to increase that range till Full Members. Choice is yours and good to see somebody taking care of it also.

You are right but yet there are few of them who are pretty busy on other boards and I wanted to increase the engagement here, that was the sole purpose of creating a topic like this one.


I do not think that should be a problem I will increase it to Full Member but more preference will be given to the newbie and Jr Member.

Good to see such an initiative on india board. Such initiatives are already their on other local boards. I will also participate and create few topics in the local board.

Do we even have a merit source on this board?

I mean if there is one, they can also contribute to this and even have a competition or so here... Like give merits for quizzes and the like... Even creative competitions like memes to increase engagement of Indians and educate them too.

It is not going to be really hard to spend merits on Indian board so no need to have separate threads for quiz, just visiting the recent threads would be enough in my opinion.

There are very few members who are active on this board. I have been only able to send 2 merit from the day this topic was created  ;D

I feel like we Indians should be more active here, it's like we are too distributed everywhere!

The below topic that I created was an effort to do something what could bring some smiles to kids to whom it has being handed over.  Just to utilize the time in lockdown and also got to knew creativity this kids have with whom I manage to complete it.

Well! You can start by exploring the forum and then finding the boards or child boards you know and understand. Write topics or replies that provide solutions to forum members and are helpful. Ensure that your written content is not plagiarised or written using an AI, then submit the links here on this thread, and if I find them good enough I will award you merit. Remember one basic thing if you do find a topic that you find on the forum or Google that should be included included to your reply or the topic you have created you would need to provide the source of your information.

Earning merits is not that tough as many have ranked up fast by following the rules of the forum and helping other forum members. If you think you can sit on your laptop for 8 hours daily exploring the forum and then creating unique and interesting threads or replies then you will rank up as a Hero member within a year. It is that simple the forum needs time and time is money, I hope you got my point.
