Surely, both projects used the same template for the website. As far as I know, the template should buy from some provider, so if they have bought this template then they have the right to use all the contents belong to the template. I am not sure if in this case, we should call them a plagiariser. If you found something on the whitepaper then it's a matter of concern. But definitely, I don't like such as projects who have been using a direct template and don't have the ability to modify it. For me, simply I will not trust them with a penny.

Right now I am not tagging them nor supporting the flag. I will appreciate other member's opinions especially those that are on the DT network.

I understand that they may have purchased the template elsewhere but you can check the contents of the website that it copied it from that source that I posted (roadmap, contents, etc.). In my opinion, I think it's enough reason for me to conclude that it its intent is to scam and take advantage of people, but you are right. Let's hear the opinion of others just to be sure!

If you check domains on whois, you will see Xfinance is almost one month older than Yfiz finance. So that means that Yfiz copied Xfinance, and not the other way around. On top of that, there is even archived version of Xfinance website from August 22nd, 3 weeks before Yfiz website was even live. .

It's a good idea to use whois (https://www.whois.com/whois/) in your future scam reports as sometimes it is hard to say who copied who, especially now when we have so many similar useless scammy projects that look very similar to each other.

That is an interesting observation! I think I should have exercised more caution when checking the resources and its respective domains in order to know which came first. I'll change the title of thread to YFIZ instead of Xfinance. Thank you for that, Rikaflip.

Yes, that kind of information regarding website creation is a good tool to check which comes first. But I bet most of these DeFi projects are just copied from somewhere. If we will devote our time digging on these projects, we will find out that most of them are just copy-paste projects, which is not surprising at all. As the DeFi hype is not yet over, expect more plagiarized whitepapers to come.  ;)

Right now I am not tagging them nor supporting the flag.
Which flag?

The point is that these names of the domains are pretty similar and we are lacking information to confirm but suggest the fact that there are very well run by the same scammers.

While we are finding SiteNo1>copied to SiteNo2>copied to SiteNo3 - What we did is flagNTag SiteNo2 for copying from SiteNo1. But SiteNo1 is already a scam so that does not make it legitimate at all.

In other words, these sites are all scams. No idea where they got the original template from, but basing on the fact that neither ICOs nor DeFi tokens are legal securities, we can flagNtag all of them.

Woops sorry about that! I actually deleted the flag and edited the focus on the scam accusation to YFIZ Finance instead of XFinance. Im not entirely sure if Xfinance is entirely genuine, but just to be safe, I deleted the flag on the thread.
