In the middlecoin site homepage is stated: "Payouts are automatic, and occur once a day, if your balance is greater than 0.01 BTC or if you haven't been paid out in 7 days and your balance is greater than 0.001 BTC." I have a balance greater than 0.001 BTC and the last payout was on March 12th. More than seven days are passed, but I haven't seen any payment until now... Also, on this page: http://www.middlecoin.com/allusers.html you can see that there are people with balance greater than 0.001 BTC with last payment transaction on February 6th!
