$189.99/miner + shipping, shipping to US, Canada (discounted Int'l rate), and worldwide.
Shipping via USPS services (Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or First Class International Package Service (not recommended))
Ships from Rhode Island, US within 1 business day of cleared payment
I can also ship via UPS or FedEx by request.

Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Bitcoin (manual processing via Coinbase)
