Pathetic!

Back in 2016, when I was a newbie, I lost a lot of coins to scammers at Paxful. Where can I buy the coins at 2016 prices, my friends ? You are all I have left.

PS
I also take fiat, my friends.

This is not a plea to buy bitcoin at 1% its current price, but a perplexing tale of intrigue. What happened in the mystery of the Lost Coins? And why settle for 2013 prices -- might as well go back to 2010, or even 2009 because why not, its a fantasy. I'm glad you're open minded enough to consider complete strangers to be "friends," so sure, we can be friends why not.

<…>
BTC prices in the period 2013-2014 ranged from 66$ to 1156$, so that’s quite a wide range of prices just there (see: https://public.tableau.com/shared/M2WPT2FYP?:display_count=y&:origin=viz_share_link).

Besides the imaginary exercise of going back in time (or bringing BTC down to its knees now), the interesting story to hear, as @nutildah stated, is the story of the lost coins. Ideally, it would be a non-fiction narrative …

You need a time machine to get back to that year and buy bitcoin at that price.

I just want back something that originaly belongs to me :)
What's story with that lost?

Noone will sell you bitcoins at the years '13-'14 if you're living in '20.

I sympathized a lot with you and for that reason I searched on google for the formula to build the time machine, here is the formula for you to build the time machine:

https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hAOeJXYw4RQ/UEwr-80h9gI/AAAAAAAAALM/IkJeZjkYtzg/s1600/Moms+time+machine+001.jpg

1 - I suggest you go back to 2009 and try to discover the identity of satoshi nakamoto

2 - When you return to 2009 try to mine bitcoin

3 - don't forget that when you return to 2020 you will give me some bitcoins because I had the hard work of searching this formula on google

It's not possible things to do unless you are time traveller . No one will sell you the price you wanted because they can easily sell it in the right price any where and any time  they want. Many of us also want to buy bitcoin at its lowest price but the only thing we can do now is wait for price drop before buying .

You do realize that asking to buy bitcoin, litecoin, or almost anything with their past lower prices makes zero sense, right? Why would anyone(probably besides your relatives) sell you anything for lower prices when they can easily sell it for the current higher price?

I don't know what you really mean by buying Bitcoin at the price of 2013-2014 @eXPHORIZON but then, if your actually expecting a return or drop of market price from what it is now to what it once where, I doubt its possibility. It's a growth process and even if it where to fall, it can't retest that price anymore or perhaps, it's going to take such a long time.

If you gave someone your coins then ask him to give them back. Why you are posting here to unknown people?  Just go to that guy you gave coins to and ask him to return them to you. Not sure why you would buy them from him either.

You didn't give information about how exactly you lost your coins, but I can assume during the early days holders of Bitcoin were still adapting to safety and security and would have made a couple of mistakes leading to loss of their assets.

I was not into Bitcoin back in 2013 and I would also wish to buy Bitcoin at the price it was back then, this is obviously not possible, what is possible is buying bitcoins now and setting your holding plan, this would position you to benefit from Bitcoin in the future;

• Bitcoin is highly divisible and one can buy satoshis which are smaller units of a whole coin.
• Bitcoin's supply flow is constantly thinning due to having and as such there would be less bitcoins being pumped into circulation in 4 years than now. An increase in demand would probably lead to an increase in the price of Bitcoin
• If you set an investment strategy, with funds you can afford to put in, you can still profit. Check out this thread - (SSS) - A Sane and Simple bitcoin Savings plan (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=345065.msg3697405#msg3697405)
A key highlight from that thread which could be helpful;
Quote
The past cannot be changed, but there are enough gains waiting for us in the future to amply reward those who care to exercise their logic and invest rationally.

I lost them with the Exchange crash(Mt.Gox,BTC Market).. I would like to buy Doge Coin if possible at very few Satoshis hehe. I know that it probably is a Fantasy, but still i am trying to get some of those Gaming earned Coins back  ;D
There is no fast and easy money, I too had lost some.of my coins but had move on and forget it already and start investing again. Yoi should have bought bitcoin when market is crashing at 2019. Bitcoin market price that time was recorded at 3k per btc.

Anyway, getting back your losses can be done gradually or will depend on the market. If you cab buy again when market will be crashing and take advantage while it is in low price then that would give you high chances if earning.

OP I feel your pain with regards to losses but only the people that are earlier here that had been overcoming their losses if there is from their learning experiences with btc market.

Why you say something unpredictable like that? If i were you, i would day i want to buy bitcoin while it was still $0.1 on 2009, all people who also doing the same thing. No one knows exactly which coin will be like bitcoin in the future, if you believe that coin, just buy and hold it for years

Sorry with your losses but it's impossible to get to those prices again unless there's a purge that happens in the market.

You can still accumulate with the present prices just do it slowly.

I think it's too hard that you want to do because today the prices change if you want to buy when the bitcoin at the year that I think you should now starting to build and make your own time machine. There is a lot of changes right now it's too hard that you want.

If you want to buy a bitcoin or other coins why not go to an exchange which is already reputable to avoid getting the loss of your money again.

The same situation before if you want to do it again buy low and sell high your coin.

Understanding the investment situation is often not possible the market is always changing and there is a difference in prices. it would be better to invest in Bitcoin than litecoin even if the prices are lower or higher but more profitable than other currencies. But it is better to sell it without keeping it for too long rising and falling prices will not hurt too much good time to invest and hold.

There is something wrong with this blueprint. I don't see a Flux capacitor anywhere!
Not to mention the need for a nuclear reactor to generate the 1.21 gigawatts of power.

EDIT: I just spotted an anti-matter powered engine. That should do it. ;D

In other threads:

My story is that i want my Coins from Mt. Gox back. It is a must , i wanna get them back or Buy them back at the Stolen Value point.
I was offered sex today, by a 21 year old girl. In exchange for that, I was supposed to advertise some kind of bathroom cleaner to my friends. Of course I declined because I am a person of high moral standards with a strong willpower. Just as strong as Ajax, the super strong bathroom cleaner. Now available scented with lemon or vanilla.

Not your keys, not your coins.
