Ripple (XRP) will complete global expansion into 195 countries by 2021

Ripple has more than 350 partners worldwide who use the company’s payment technologies to process cross-border payments inexpensively and in a short time. Ripple employs more than 500 people worldwide and is currently striving to further expand its own presence, especially in Asia. In an exciting interview, Marcus Treacher now gave an outlook on the company’s future expansion efforts.

I like ripple the fact that their transaction fees is really really cheap.
And I think that is one major advantage of this coin to be one of the top crypto payment options.
However, since it is centralized, we also need to be careful in holding large amounts of this coin.
Let us hope that there will be no problem in their management side because if one large stakeholder decided to get out, we won't know what will happen to this coin.
Expansion is really needed to conquer other markets and show their advantage in terms of fees and transfer duration.

Any coin can make fast conf times that isn't a feature that is unique.  And the facto that its not a decentralized coin begs the question of how good is this really?  I mean we already have fiat, ripple isn't needed.

Employing a lot of people globally, they've impacted a lot of lives through their employment yet still it won't change our minds from the fact that it isn't decentralized.

It will definitely a very good move for them knowing that ripple is really a good for investment, it will definitely a big boost for their blockchain. Moreover, regarding the transaction fee of ripple, it is much cheaper compared with other blockchains which makes it better.

Cryptocurrency created jobs especially to those who adopt it and despite of criticism on XRP for being centralized, they still perform their best and promise to give a faster transactions at minimal expense under their blockchain system.

This plan to expand their platform is a big move and I wonder how the other coins will match this development, hopefully this can bring good prices in the market that can result into another bull run.

I looked up on the details of the video but I can't really find the link if ever you linked that article in there. Not that I'm against your channel but I just feel like reading the whole article.

Anyways, it's still just a rumor but not that bad considering Ripple was a big project and has large market cap in the crypto space. Hope this is not just for a future FOMO then the bubble burst so sudden.

Obviously, that's Ripple target, remittance business because they know that it is a billion dollar industry. And as a crypto, they want to be the first one to cap this market alone. That's why you can see in their roadmap that they are going to expand in the next coming years.

But we don't know if this will reflect on the price itself. Perhaps people are just going to used their services but it doesn't mean that they are going to be bullish on it. Used them before and it was really quick. And just imagine what it can bring, let's say someone from other parts of the globe used their service to transmit money to their love ones in Asia. Fast and quick and I'm sure those who work abroad might like this, but that's just one part of the equation.

That's a big target that can be easily reached by ripple as this company has multi-billion money. I never heard that if there are so many companies that have already used the ripple's payment system.

From what I can see if ripple will in a very big competition with CBDC. That's very interesting to see how ripple will be facing this as CBDC aims to be the same thing like ripple too.

The OP has the same name as the creator of the medium article, so it's probably him as well, but a quick look up already indicates that discussion bout this topic has been ongoing since June, so you guys can reference there since there's probably a lot of meaningful discussions already made.

I agree. Decentralization is what makes cryptocurrency enthusiasts going. Ripple is a great project but it is a centralized digital asset that cannot match decentralized crypto assets in terms of security. Not just once but a lot of times we are just fooled by these centralized assets because they are keep on tracking us on our activities. It is better for us to stay away from these companies and continue our journey to decentralization. Anyways, Ripple is already here in my country and I know that crypto enthusiasts here keep on observing.

Having 500 employees is not so many) I mean it is definetely not the number a coin with such a long history should be proud of)) I think that there are far more employees working on less famous coins/networks.

I have two "gaming" coins, one is XRP, the other one is TRX because it is fast and cheap. However, I still prefer XRP because the price fluctuation is not as severe as TRX lol.
Anyways, XRP really suited for this payment purpose, but not for long time holding IMO.

As expected because Ripple is already used as a cross border payment solution and Ripple has partnered with Banks thats why it's easy for them to expands in any country they like, in fact in my country Ripple was already use as a remittance payment service because it is fast and efficient with cheaper fees compared to the traditional platforms. so the expansion of 195 countries in 2021 is highly possible.

Ripple transaction fees are lower than Bitcoin's ones. At the same time there are no gas or other transaction fees on EOS. I believe EOS is the better DeFi alternative.

So now that Ripple has basically moved into almost every country in the world,,, this means actually that they have almost very little room left to expand. So when there is nowhere else to go how will it grow? Already so many bank partnerships and yet the token is worth nothing. Not sure where this goes for a centralized alt.

Good news, even though i'm not really actively using Ripple but this news was really good for cryptocurrency market. I hope it will continue with the other cryptocurrency as well beside Ripple, Thank you for sharing this one mate.

One of Ripple primary objectives is global settlement network with different countries and they are achieving that already, thanks to their fast transaction confirmation and low fee when compare with the Banks.
In my opinion, Ripple is lagging behind with the promises they made during ICO, Xrp price is another thing entirely, the news aren't really having effect on the price.
When team unlocked thousands of Xrp and sold them behind the community, there would be lack of trust, that one of the challenges that is  still affecting Xrp price, many see it  as shit coin in adoption.

Ripple(xrp) is a very functional coin that I prefer to bet because transaction fees are really low and it can be transferred very quickly. Also, the Ripple team is one of the hardest-working teams I've ever seen. They even make deals with banks in my country. Even though I don’t think that we will be able to shop at supermarkets by using bitcoin in the future, definitely believe that ripple will be used.

It did created a lot of jobs globally. Not just the traders who are getting their day to day living.

I don't want to make this long if it's about the achievements of XRP as I'm sure there are things that you can see about them but we can't. As someone who doesn't like Ripple.

This news has no impact on the market even the ripple coin didn't even get any impact from this news. The ripple company was focusing to provide the network to be used by its client but this company forgot if the crypto investors have made them become a big company like this time.

I didn't even see any proposal to create a utility service for ripple coin. Investors who have been investing in this coin just waste their money.
This news will never give any impact to the cryptocurrency as the payment channel product-focused to the institution rather than to be used or available for the public. 

i have been using xrp for quite some time now and that is because of their very economical transfer fee and who would contest about their tx time, one of the fastest ive used so far. so if they are exploring their opportunities to those countries, let us see how many institutions or merchants are they going to convince to include xrp as their payment method?
im not against with this coin but you need to hold your horses as others have mentioned, it really depends on the XRP team.

With such use I can also say that transactions fees and speed is really acceptable. I'm using this coin with my gambling activities.

In regards to this update, will be depend from how the team brings in investors businesses to to support this chain, impact will be

With this expansion, i can see ripple catching up with its stronger competitors. Ripple has come a long way expanding its horizons and with bigger hold it can only grow every passing day.

Its a very good news for the cryptoworld because one of the well know and very used cryptocurrencies will be introduce to almost two hundred countries that will definitely open many opportunity to the other cryptocurrencies to be patronized as well.

Why are you so excited about a company becoming bigger? Ripple could expand to every nation and could have a huge volume and every bank in the whole world could use them, it would help the company and not the coin. Now you may think that if the company succeeds that would mean that coin would succeed as well and in most of the times you would be right, it would happen that way however is there really a data that backs that idea up?

Is there a reason why it should be like that all the time? Obviously it could be like that at times but it could also be very different at certain times as well. So, I would urge people to make sure to check what they are getting into, you are helping a company and not a coin itself, so you are not really getting richer from it.

Yes, it depends to team and they're working on it. We can appreciate them in the things that we do see with them. The institutions are likely to adopt them because they understand the system unlike other decentralized cryptocurrencies.

The suitable words of ripple will be doing expansion into those countries, im interesting to see how ripple will be facing the main opponent called CBDC that will be issued by the central banks. That means the central bank has already prepared that to be the main competitor for XRP in terms of global expansion.

We will see what will be happening in the next years. It's caused by ripple is not the only company that has already made a scalable system to be used for payment.
The opportunity will always there but if there will be a competitor and the market potential of ripple can be robbed by the competitor anytime.
