I am really surprised after seeing that you have created your account on 2017 but still now you don't know about this sections pinned post where guidelines are available. Although your password has been changed and you have started to post after a long break. If you think primedice have done something wrong with you then you can contact them through their official bitcointalk account.
I will suggest you to give them PM including your thread link and hope they will give a response here. Until then keep patience and stop calling a platform is scam without having proper evidences against them. Primedice is an old site here so I don't think they will ruin their reputation.

Nobody is going to take your accusation seriously minus screenshots, TX IDs and chatlogs. You should also desist from just creating a scam accusation before having a communication with the support to give you reasons why the blocked you account.
