This is the data collection from coinGecko, actually, CoinbasePro is the active exchange.

The US election might as as well have effect on the bitcoin price but the stagnated price of $10700 and $10500 will really shows the downfall of bitcoin price in next two weeks.

I see the same threads before and they update the threads they've made with every single updates that they have for their thread. It's on you how and when you will update it. Many are lazy to go to the website you are sharing but if you just include all of the information that's on it and post it here.
You'll get engagement and continuous discussion about that update.

Daily trading is seems a good topic,but it won't work at all.Since the price is not a stable one in bitcoin and Ethereum.You should keeps on checking it market rise and fall.Actually we can buy bitcoin with good price in the beginning of day.It may get into high rise or fall at the night of a day.

The best timing of it will be during high demands, and you can't have an efficient growth of profit while in bearish market. What I can suggest to all who been trading is that taking long term would be affective these days, because of unstable price. Don't ever sell your asset if you don't get enough roi, you might fail on your capital and end up losing too much money.

I really liked the way you have tried to interlink the US presidential elections to crypto markets and tried to make it easy to understand even for laymen.
That's a commendable effort, although I wish to see some more technical aspects analysed as well in your future posts.

If you’re going to be waiting for other forum users to be posting updates in this thread, then I am sorry to say that thread is going to fade out like other similar threads I have seen in this forum; I have seen so many topics like this and at the end they fade out. And the reason for this is because the posters don’t continue with their updates.

If you want this thread to be active then you have to be the one that will be posting the updates on a daily, if not that, then it’s not going to be heading anywhere. Keep updating the thread, and it will stay active.

I agree, but if the OP is planning on posting every day - I think it could be a very useful thing.

But I'm not sure if this will catch the attention of traders. In fact, some high ranks did this previously but they have also stopped doing this cause of time and everyone not have time reading this instead of looking directly on the platform where they use to trade. And I have to agree that this thread will also be faded as another thread might be created. Sorry OP but that is what a looked into this, you need to be more active and make sure that every post you've done is really attractive to see. Or likely to make a chart so every reader have no need to visit the link.

Traders Update October 7th, 2020:
Risk assets were sold after Trump rejected stimulus until after the election. Bitcoin was also sold but other digital assets dumped.

I have seen my fair share of this thread and yeah they do fade out. Maybe they accumulated losses or they got an enormous profit and they do not want to share the secret. If OP can post images, hopefully OP should post the pictures in the thread. I am lazy when it comes to checking links and my Internet is shitty so that helps a lot.

I hope we can be careful this weekend because now, bitcoin's price is down again. Perhaps, the price will go down at the weekend, but I am not sure because that usually happens on the weekend. Hopefully, Bitcoin's price can stay at a price now and not going down too deep than the price now. But remember, everything can happen to the bitcoin price, so you need to prepare for the worst scenario later. If the bitcoin price really down to the $9k level, we have another time to buy bitcoin at a low price and make sure you have your money to buy bitcoin at that price level. Don't forget to analyze the bitcoin movement, so you can get the right time to buy.

There's a massive level in there that comes in around $ 9980. If they go for (and get!) the stops down there it could be an incredible long

Slightly unexpected I would say, I thought he was the one pushing for more and more stimulus, but maybe he wants to boost people's hopes that if he wins, he'll put more cash into their hands.

Wasn't really a BTC dump though really, it was normal as it could be.

Bitcoin Price and Trading Report: October 9th

Risk was bid overnight with hints of monster stimulus emerging - just in time to cover risk trades.

It will be interesting to see if the move in BTC continues today, whether there are stops at $11k and 11,250.  There is a solid trend-line that is coming in at around $10k and Mt Gox coins apparently to be made available this month.

What I don't understand is what's the relationship between the OP and byzantinegenerale. It seems he just starts updating the latest takeaway of the OP from the website. He only posts in the thread too. I think an introduction of what he is to the site is essential too.

The general is the author of the posts on the website. He has years of experience in finance as a qualitative analyst and prop trader in traditional markets. He has been trading BTC since 2014.  

I started posting for him as he did not have the time. But he has started posting himself after I showed him the appreciation he was getting in this thread/community.

He appreciates the feedback and taking it all on board to make sure he is providing something the community finds useful. He is a busy man (being a general and all) therefore, if he is unable to reply to any questions or feedback. I will do my best to adequately respond for him.

There is an enormous amount of promise in digital assets right now. This latest move in bitcoin is the real (as opposed to 2019 which was essentially consolidation) counter-trend to the collapse of the bubble of 2017/2018.

The proposition in todays report is that bitcoin will attract shorts at the natural level here (as if there is an upward trend-channel) but that bullish momentum will stop those traders out before spending some time above the recent swing high ($14k?) before retracing and perhaps honoring that trend-channel. As always though it's not advice and do your own research.

The market loves paypals involvement with reserve rights as well, which is interesting. PayPal now 'gets it'.

Yeah it's not a bad call - this last move higher we saw Bitcoin move without Ethereum which is another good indicator. There is a tasty high at $14k, so we have to ask ourselves if there is anybody left to stop out - any more exuberance to plumb at the high of the market before it turns around.

After the 2012 election (Obama) it rose by 108 times and after the 2016 election (Trump) by 27 times.
If the price were to increase only tenfold in the future, we would find ourselves in the USD 150,000 range  ;D

That's interesting. Sounds like there is around a 4 year market cycle in Bitcoin. It could be interesting to see how long these periods lasted as well for a measure of what to expect.

actually if you want day trading you don't need to rely on ETH or Bitcoin.  As long as Bitcoin is stable the alt may go up like it is today.  You also need to learn the chart when going into altcoin because you can see which coins will go up.  Currently there are lots of free signals which are not bad if you follow it but you have to check again using Technical Analysis so that you don't get fooled.

Since many countries just recover from pandemic which take over 8 month before some country could find solutions to end the virus not to spread as before which took so many citizens life.Some countries are still finding it difficult to refix their economy back as usual in the country. During pandemic many countries currency devalue during the period which was causing bitcoin to maintain it value through out the season in the market. Right now bitcoin is still rising which is causing many trader to earn more profit base on the way the price is still increasing in the market. According to some researcher, show that cryptocurrency will soon start pumping in the market to help crypto traders to make more profit before the end of this year. Since bitcoin is rising other cryptocurrencies are reducing in the area of market which many crypto traders really experience loss during the pandemic because of the way crypto was dumping in the market.

eth and btc have different stability . eth is stable and if day trading is best for stable coins , eth can be a good fit at it but i thought day trading works best on unstable coins like btc ?
because you when btc fluctuate you can buy it cheap and when it fluctuate again the same day to a higher price you can sell it make profit and repeat again tommorow .

Bitcoin movements do not reflect to altcoin movements that much, they could be just the opposite. The thing you are looking for is altcoins all moving together, because when bitcoin goes up alts can go up and when bitcoin goes down alts can go up anyway, which means alts move together and that is what the problem is.

I would have to say the best way to trade would be picking a bunch of alts, that way you could trade them all together and most of the time you would be making profit with all of them at the same time. That seems like the best type of deal for any day trader. Or if you want to be long, you don't pick small coins, or new coins, you pick stuff like btc, eth or similar big names in order to stay long since we know they will be good in the future.
