Kung tatambay ka sa service discussion board, madalas nasasama sa usapan and hodlhodl. Parehong P2P platform sila ni LBC at madalas sabihin na decentralized exchange. Pero sa kadahilanang may central server ang mga ito, maraming nagsasabi na sila ay P2P platforms at hindi totoong DEX kagaya ng Bisq. Meron naman nagsasabi na semi-decentralized lang. @Crypto Carabao Group sa tingin ko naman alam mo na ang malaking pagkakaiba ng dalawa ay yung KYC. Alam ng karamihan na nag-implement na ng verification si LBC pero wala pa niyan si HodlHodl. Well now you know. Since we started in Bitcoin, one of the biggest lessons we learned is that there are many involved in it - including among moderators of this form - that only want you to know about things that put money in their pocket and/or help keep you under surveillance, just like in the fiat/banking system. (p2p mixer apps is another great recent example. That's also why in general most of the wealth and its generation, including bitcoin, in the Phils and many other territories is owned by a handful of clans and their corps - SM, Ayala, Coins.ph, etc - but another topic...) :D Look for things besides those being dangled right in front of you by them, and learn by doing; there is much useful to discover on your own that way. ;) Title: Re: HodlHodl vs LocalBitcoins Post by: Crypto Carabao Group on October 07, 2020, 05:45:10 AM @Crypto Carabao Group sa tingin ko naman alam mo na ang malaking pagkakaiba ng dalawa ay yung KYC. Alam ng karamihan na nag-implement na ng verification si LBC pero wala pa niyan si HodlHodl. Pinakamalaking pagkakaiba ay talagang hindi KYC. Ito ay kung bakit hindi KYC: dahil non-custodial.
