On October 6, 2014, an unnamed investor, the so-called “bitcoin bearwhale”, dumped approximately 30,000 bitcoins onto the open market. Over the course of six hours, the price of BTC stalled at $300 until all of the coins were sold off and the bearwhale was vanquished. This special edition backlit film print was made for the six year anniversary of said event. This is an authentic print of my original digital artwork. I did an open series of 8x10s and sold like 50 or so of those over the years. Currently on my shop, I have a signed limited edition set of 50 11x14s. I've sold 4 of those thus far.
