Since you are a newbie, with no history whatsoever, using an escrow it's mandatory. So I suggest to fix your thread offer. It's absurd that you are trying to look for a loan but have no idea what collateral or interest means. What you are talking about is Interest. Collateral is what you are supposed to offer as security to the lender to be able to get a loan from him.
