But since the site has zelaapay.ae, I could not find the date of its creation, I cannot say exactly who copied the document from whom.

However. Other than that I found additional plagiarism that was copied by zelaapay.ae into their whitepaper and did not provide any source links

I got something interesting about this project. After seeing your topic i made a short research about them and find lots of new information about this project. They have used a video on their link where they mentioned that "$ZPAE was launched at the Burj Khalifa" but actually its not their video. If i am not wrong then they are trying to make everyone believe that they have the similar team members who took part on the video.

The guy Sahil Arora was the CEO of Zeela coin but their website is down now. Surprisingly this project are using the same youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9OgZ0MuVa8USFl51ajXdNQ) by which they posted videos for zeela coin. I have got 2 years old coincodex listing news of Zeelacoin and discovered that 2 years earlier this channel was belongs to zeelacoin but now its name changed to "ZPAYae"

I haven't got much information about this project but found many article where people are calling this a scam project. I knew zelaa something sounded familiar but when I read of 'Sahil Arora" I knew I run into it somewhere, weird that the author has chosen to delete the post from the original topic:

As talkstar mentioned, I'm 101% certain the .com and the .ae domains are run by the same team, even if they have tried to erase evything.
Weird that I haven't made archived of those at the time, probably I was on my phone.
