Am I eligible to claim airdropped that UNI if I have traded uni in binance and have been trading since sept 27..I have no wallet except that binance wallet..TIA for those who will reply

No. You are only eligible for the UNI airdrop if you have traded or interacted with the uniswap website before September 1st if not then sadly, you were not eligible for the drop.

Nope. The uni airdrop is for those wallets that have been traded on uniswap. Im not sure if they will launch again other airdrops. But the 400uni is given to all wallets with record of trading regardless of how many trades it did.

In that case, as far as i know, you have to some transaction, then you will have the right to conduct there airdrop in the future.

I had a wallet that did some transactions before 1st of September and I got my UNIs , hopefully, sold them on 4.5$ and now it is 3.5$, thankfully it helped me to make up for some compensation from a scam that has been rug pulled, And It was one of the sweetest airdrops for me , I hope Other DEXes do the same too and someday we wake up and cover all of our losses!

When did you created the wallet and registered ?and wait 2 wallets?did you say that you have 2 accounts?

To be honest i still do not understand how the UNI airdrop works because i have connected my wallet on uniswap platform and also sold couple of erc-20 tokens in june-july but still i see that i have 0 UNI to claim. Can anyone guide and help me in this regard please.

Only few people have used Uniswap although they are very much aware of the existence of Uniswap, investors are very into centralized exchange, because of this huge airdrop and it's price people are now exploring decentralized exchange and finally we have seen decentralized exchange becoming competitive.

Glad that I'm part of the airdrop this is the biggest airdrop this year and because of this traders are now looking on decentralized exchange, because of the airdrop and the so many hacking incidents that's happened in the past month, decentralized are making waves now because of the Decentralized Finance and of course they feel that it's much safer to trade in decentralized exchange.

Yes, your transactions have definitely been done after September 1st. However it is not too bad, maybe you may get a bonus for the upcoming airdrops.

You must traded on the uniswap maximum at 1 september to be eligible to claim the uni coin and it has already passed and you can do nothing about that.

You can also visit the uniswap's forum to make sure you can know what was the requirement for the account that will able to claim their uniswap. The uniswap airdrop has already passed and just forget it dude.

No one botherr to make details explanation for OP. First OP said he traded on binance and he is asking if he will be eligible for uni airdrop distribution and below, the question is different from the previous.
There is no ongoing Uniswap airdrop on binance exchange except the exchange wish to airdrop to its trader which will be solely responsiblity of Binance exchange with terms and conditions.
If you have traded or provided liquidity on uniswap on or before September 1, the two of you wallet would have been eligible for airdrop on Uniswap my friend.

Unfortunately you are not eligible, I cannot blame people like you who really like to get this airdrop the price is still growing and even reached $8 and there's a lot of prediction that it can reach $20, this is the biggest airdrop this year, but who knows there might be similar airdrop like this from one decentralized exchange so keep on trading there.

From what i read you can only get UNI if you used Uniswap before 1st September, and according to Binance sites Uni start listed and trading on Binance since Sep 16 so, sorry my friend. Let's hope second Airdrop from them because i also missed it.

Uni tokens can only be claim if you are liquidity provider of uni exchange and not from binance. Means you should have old trade from uni exchange  before you can claim the 400 free uni tokens, binance add those tokens because they know that it has liquidity that will add more volume in thier exchange and they are not related to uniswap .

I also don't really understand about the uni airdrop launched by uniswap. When I connect it to my wallet, I don't get a uni. How does it work for.?

The uni airdrop can be claimed with people who have ever traded on the uniswap before 1st September and that means when you never try to trade in uniswap before 1st September and then you will never be eligible to receive the uni airdrop. UNI airdrop to those who have been trading in uniswap if you never do the transaction in uniswap do not ever expect to get airdrop of uniswap because of only those who have swapped entitled to get 400 uni for free.

Before Sept 1. If you haven't been swapping tokens in Uniswap before Sept 1, you are not gonna be part of those wallets that will have a 400 UNI tokens to claim. Uniswap had been around for years but if you have not tried it, you just have missed the large chunk of your stimulus package.

Many are not open to try it just as some of the users not trying out the crypto.com exchange actually, people are so used to binance that they forget the new developments.

airdrop from UNI can only be obtained by using uniswap and not with you trading UNI on another exchange, so if you never use uniswap then you will not be able to get 400 UNI from airdrop even if you trading UNI on another exchange, because airdrop from UNI is only specifically for investors who use uniswap.

I also get the same email, besides that there are many telegram bots to get UNI tokens that are currently circulating and it is very clear that the scammer is taking advantage of the moment

Only people who trade in uniswap one time with there wallet before sep 1 can claim UNI. There was one of the best airdrops I have missed. People got over 2600$ for nothing. Before this DeFi hype started I haven't heard about uniswap. Very few people manage to get those UNI token from the airdrop and many people like me didn't get anything.

I guess trading on Uniswap is synonymous to providing liquidity on Uniswap. I remember several people benefitted from the airdrop, it's a bit confusing when I hear providing liquidity on Uniswap because it feels like something that requires a lot of money. I'm yet to get acquainted with Uniswap, I'm kind off sceptical about joining the defi hype now because it may be too late and I'll get myself burnt.

Also guys be careful with same airdrop events because this is the time for the scammers to lure the desperate people and they will ask you to send some money to claim the rewards already lot of airdrops were exposed as scams and more to follow.

You are not eligible, binance is different from uniswap, only uniswap traders before September 1st are eligible for the airdrop. You can start trading on uniswap as from now, probably more aidrop will come after.

Received the same email and, I agree that's definitely a scam attempt. They are going to ask you for your email address and ETH address they will gather those data and later sell those data on the darknet for a good sum.

They said that they allocated 60% of UNI supply to the Uniswap community members and 15% of it has been distributed already via their first airdrop that most of the  users got 400 UNI free. But with regards to your query, I didn't see any binance wallet that is available to connect in uniswap exchange so there is a big chance that you will not get any free UNI once the 2nd airdrop will occur.

It will be best if you will just create a metamask wallet or any wallet that is available to connect in uni exchange and starting using it, though I am not really sure if what are the main requirements for their 2nd airdrop. If there are members here who can drop an additional information about the requirements for the 2nd airdrop of UNI then it will be good.

UNI airdrop already ended. Those who have done atleast one swap in UNISWAP before 1st September received 400 UNI. I am also missed but you can participate UNIX airdrop which is still open. You can get 500 UNIX which will be paid on 25th October. This airdrop is a from Uniswap telegram group.

How lucky those who has multiple accounts on uniswap by just trading a little on on uniswap they already got more than $1k.  If only i knew it before september 1 i also trade on uniswap by that time

No one would predicted or know if they will be given something worthy by trading on Uniswap exchange. Most of them only use that for trade token which didn't get listed on other exchange sites. Lucky indeed, but it's not something we should regret by not getting the airdrop.

I don't think there will be another UNI airdrops because so many people are now using UniSwap, but I'd like to see another exchange like UniSwap we need more decentralized exchange now, I have this feeling that Decentralized exchange and Decentralized Finance is going to be the next big thing, and people will start to adopt or embrace it.

on an airdrop site i often see top exchanges that have an airdrop . this can be possible on uni exchange , you will know it if you follow airdrop sites or the uni exchange itself if they have announcements .

after the boom of uniswap , many exchange simillar to uni swap are then coming out . there names have swap and uni but its followed by other words to avoid imitating the whole concept of  the original uniswap . dex are been there before and experience to become the main thing but cex takes over but the appearance of defi is starting to revive dex'es again .

I would definetly agree with your opinion. Personally, i didn't notice this before, before the uniswap airdrop. Then right after, i found myself joining a bounty campaign for a project called SwapHub. Sincerly, i joined that bounty because i noticed that many reputed members here join it, but when i looked deep into the project, i found that project hasn't even a whitepaper or known members in its team; all what it provides is a public github code for a crypto swap process exactly like UniSwap and even has a crypto traded in UniSwap instead of opening a public fundrise (something like ICO).
Some call it the UniSwap hype instead of DEFI hype.

You're a bit late with the party because DeFi hype now is already decreasing and also we dont need to have lots of decentralized exchange. One or two would be enough i guess.

I had use uniswap on an old wallet unfortunately I lost those wallets so no 400 UNI :'(. You cannot benefit from it because you will have to use it not in September, For august.

AFAIK, you don't need that much to trade on Uniswap by that time. You only have to trade before the given time shot for eligible users. Unlike me, I haven't heard of them until the airdrop become popular and a lot of money was given away to those eligible participants.
If I just knew it before, I'll participate but still I don't regret it because I don't commit a lot with projects that I don't have any interest.

I have also the same problem as you mate, financial problem stop me from trading, if only i knew that airdrop, well i will make a way just to trade on uniswap and get that 400 uni that will help me in my financial needs.

This was what surprised me too, I hard all the opportunity to have associated any of my wallet with Uniswap but due their fee during swap that scare me away if not I would have qualified for the massive dropped.

Dude, you didn't even need a lot of money at that time to trade on uniswap and got the uni token. You need only a few dollars and you can participated in the uni airdrop but it's too late as everything has ended.
So many people were getting thousand or hundred thousand of dollars.

They were even saying that if you had tried a transaction on Uniswap but had not successfully went through you still could get an airdrop. I did few transaction on uniswap back in the March when I tried converting ETH to USDT thinking its price will drop again. I didn't profit from it but the UNI token was much better. Its a stroke of luck I guess.

That was still a good call for you to make out such transactions.For me, i did automatically skip out due to high fees and thats one of the lessons i have learned that at least i made some single transactions so that i would able make myself qualify for the airdrop.
Well, past is past and this discussion should be cut off since this airdrop is over.We cant really just able to avoid not to talk into those missed out opportunities that we do almost

Well if only we knew that even a small amount of trading on uniswap will give us free uni airdrop we already do that. But no one knows that uni will give airdrop to its users.  Lucky to those who made thousands because of uni airdrop.

It's the risk and reward system that we'll never know if a project will become successful. Lucky people who have trusted or just tried to make sure if the project is good as Uniswap as an exchange and its base user have increased dramatically.

Actually this same mail was sent to me and i was confused on what to do so i quickly ran to my friend who happened to be qualified for the first drop and i was told is scam, if i should do that i would be trapped by my email and this could possible lead to hacking of my email account that i should desist from it.

Recently, scammers sent me the same letter, they found my mail from bounty companies. I do not understand why this data remains in the public domain.

The scammers won't just ask for your email but to install a software into your device. This is very dangerous, please be aware.
Just Yesterday i received the same email, i was really surprised because i thought that my email address was not leacked. I was to post about it before i found this topic. However i think this betteer to be in a separate topic in "Scam and accusations" board.

Scammers can send you links as well which is enough to hijack your clipboards with trojans. I don't think that you could Post about this in scam accusation section because who you are going to accuse? If it is some anonymous person then its better to post in beginners and help section which may warn others.
