What kind of business is it? Brick-and-mortar, or online? Are you running an investment business?

If it's an online business, the easiest way to put bitcoin in your business is to use one of the third party payment gateways (https://www.devteam.space/blog/10-best-bitcoin-payment-gateways/) and configure your web shop to accept bitcoin payments. In my opinion, covid-19's making all the markets unstable, especially the US dollar market since that's where the epicenter of the virus seems to be now. But at least bitcoin (and fiat credit cards and PayPal) will be less affected by inconveniences that covid brings us than cash payments.

If it's a physical store or your business evolves around gaining contracts from other companies, it will be a lot harder to get paid in bitcoin for those because of low user adoption (in the first case), and company policy (second case).

But if your other business is primarily about investment then as long as you have a good idea of how bitcoin trades, there should be no problem investing (in the proper sense of the word) in bitcoin.

Well, if you're simply here as an investor/trader, then expect profits in the long term without doing much, but in the short term? You'd have to know the ins and outs of trading to profit, and that doesn't even guarantee you'd profit that much. Invest a part of your shares that you can probably afford to lose, and that's basically it. In terms of investment well, yes Bitcoin is still good, but if you were to use it as a medium of payment, as much as I hate to say it, there's still issues with its speed and tx fees hence why it isn't really the best to actually use as a medium of payment. You're still welcome to use it as such of course, but thinking mainly from a business standpoint, there isn't really a big of an advantage in using it as a currency instead of the usual system that we have right now.

What's your business? you said that you're making a lot from that and when the covid hit, you came here because your business is not doing good. So what's with that investment from your business? You said that you're in those ways of earning crypto and you're asking about bitcoin if it's still good. I think you have the idea as a bounty hunter and trader that bitcoin has always been the best choice and option for investing in cryptocurrencies.

Please explain a lot of background into how you could invest your business in bitcoin? Do you mean invest All of your resources into bitcoin? Or start accepting bitcoin within your business and be part of the adoption of cryptocurrencies?

Did your business been affected so much by the pandemic that you ultimately resorted to changing your business? Or are you also wanting to add an additional stream of income for you?

If you provide incomplete information on how you will sort it, it would be hard to brainstorm ideas to help you.

Invest my business means he surely means to invest all his earnings from the real business into the crypto currency. However, seriously you shouldn't be doing this action at this situation. First, you are coming back to crypto means probably you are going out of business in real world. Second, you are coming back means you gonna put hard earn money here. But people needs to wait for long time before they can get good amount of money out of it.

So it's your duty to handle this business neatly. You are jumping into world of risks. Don't overthink due to Covid19. Outer world will surely recover from disaster, give it some time

bitcoin is still very good at investing and bitcoin is rumored at the end of the year, there is a possibility that the price will increase, but it depends on your belief, you have capital, I suggest that your investment in bitcoin can be profitable and you have to be patient to get that profit.

They all say that you can invest in long term or short term, do some trading if you can. I can agree with some that says that they should integrate your business into blockchain. They all ring some value but for me, you should reserve some money for your business when the time comes that you need to re-open your business because you might lose some when you are going to venture in cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin investment still is the best and forever will be for me at least. I suppose you have seen the market, witnessed the plunge happened way back before and now that is recovering. I hope that this would be enough reason to convince you that you can entrust your investment on Bitcoin or in other cryptocurrencies. It is risky indeed due to the high volatility rate but if you can afford to wait because it for some reason Bitcoin is good at long-term investment, I can guarantee this will get you a decent profit.

Do not expect to make money by just "investing" in bitcoin, instead bitcoin is a means to preserve wealth. It is the best way to keep your savings in case of yet another economic collapse.

For preserving your wealth, in the long run, yes bitcoin is still good. To earn an income without working, sorry but those days are long gone.

If you do your business using bitcoin rather than fiat, you'll be able to understand the reason of bitcoin, especially when the next crisis hits and everyone around you becomes poorer after some idiotic politician decides to, yet again, ruin everyone's (fiat) money.

Well, investment with bitcoin is a good idea but you know that the market of the bitcoin is volatile.

It depends on your business too if does it fit with the bitcoin.

I think if your business is related to the world of technology and does apply for online payment and cashless transaction I think this is suitable too because during this pandemic the people don't want to make contact with other people instead they just want to make all of the transactions more cashless to prevent interaction.

Because of this covid, some of the people are having problems regards with the money I think one of the best things you should do too is to save your money.

~snip~

Bitcoin will always be the best investment, if you have an investor culture you must understand that the money you put in bitcoin you must wait as long as necessary until you can obtain benefits.

The Bitcoin market is not like the Stock Market market, since the Stock Market its important movements usually occur every 8 or 10 years, the Bitcoin market its volatility gives it another scenario, but basically the financial and investment theories work in the Bitcoin market, they are fully applicable, in fact it is a great time for Bitcoin investment, December is approaching and generally the Bitcoin market increases for these times resulting in an excellent price increase, of course

Till now Bitcoin is a good coin. You can invest your money here for making profit from it. But not investing all of your money. You can invest here a percentage of your money. But you need to hold for long time. If you want to earn money monthly then investing on Bitcoin is not for you. Make decision after thinking different ways. Gather knowledge about more crypto coin and invest.

It has already been months since the covid-19 pandemic have started and it seems that you are having a late realization or it is just that your business is now just affected by the effect of it when everything seems to be already doing good in a sense that strict health protocols are still being implemented but not it was already exaggerating for the rate of inflation of the people getting the virus is now taking under control and the businesses and economies are now slowly opening again and processing into the recovery stage. Bitcoin has always been a good investment since then and you do know that because you can right here the first time it was booming and just stopped for a while and back again to do investment and trading with Bitcoin for your business. It is still the same thing that is worthy for your time and money and it is good now that you came back.

I've been seeing a lot of people getting back here in the forum, with cryptocurrencies in general due to the pandemic some said they don't have any thing to do and so they checking things here lately, and yeah surprisingly they are investing on it again, perfectly coincides with lively DeFi projects these days. But the question is will it still be worthy to invest on bitcoin, my personal opinion is that there is no too late investment with bitcoin BUT being early gives you a lot.

Investing in anything is to take risk, but for Bitcoin it is the safest investment at the moment because many institutions have seen the potential of Bitcoin for a long time, especially in controlling the spread of the virus which mean cashless transactions this one of the core purpose of Bitcoin. Secondly during the pandemic most of our trading asset tend to be valueless because most people won't use it in fear of the virus.

Good or bad bitcoin depends on when you enter and when you leave, because bitcoin prices are very volatile so it has a very high risk. If you really want to invest in crypto, use half your money to invest. You can have to do day trading or you can make long term investments. In my opinion, long term investment in bitcoin is still good and still worth it.

bitcoin gets the attention again due to defi and pandemic makes people look for income sources. this isn't surprising anymore but bitcoin doesn't really provide income unless you try investing to some projects that allows you to profit. this type of investment though will also require a ton of money. if you are open to staking coins or yield farming it could just save you from the effects of pandemic.

It's a huge risk when you will totally rely on Bitcoin in terms of income. Bitcoin is extemely risky. If you will totally rely on Bitcoin for income, for your daily expenses especially for your family, it's tough. Unless when you use Bitcoin to trade not only for holding, but when you do trade, it's still risky, you can't guarantee you will generate profits.
For my experience, Bitcoin this pandemic kinda become my emergency funds since we all know a lot of businesses and job lost during this pandemic and I am happy that I have some Bitcoins in my wallet to pull for emergency funds.

yes, I understand.  I will invest some shares in the crypto world.  and for the short term, I will try again to start trading in my spare time.  I am still confused by today's Covid which concerns all aspects of the economy, even some exchanges also take expensive fees for transactions.  but my business is always a priority over crypto world in today's covid condition.

I see, there are no good projects today, I say that Covid 19 affects all elements of the economy.  In the crypto world, investing, trading still has a chance for profit, but I think today's project is very bad.  i only invest in bitcoin, ETH.  the project just makes me doubt.  and I can't take a big risk.  and finally I found my choice from all the comments here.

Bitcoin is always good as investment. But as of now, its price is higher compared when the 2020 opened and past year. I am just thinking, did you left your business in real world and move again in cryptocurrency? I am sure that you are in the right path in choosing the best investment to you. Bitcoin as well as trading in cryptocurrency is good because you can easily make money through online. You may also add your learnings on how you will deal with your capital since trading is risky than your business. I hope that your return in bitcoin industry will become prosperous!

you earn good on your business , you have the ability to pay your worker and by doing crypto task you can earn more income   .

that outcome can be much better if it applied in reality but its not too late yet.  covid cant make us down but its a test to make us stronger

Like what others said, bitcoin is still the same and in fact, it's getting more attention in investments. Being good or not now depends on how you will handle your investments in bitcoin to earn a good profit and avoid losses. And it seems that you've been here in crypto space before so it's not new to you at all so it means that you know how the market works.

But I'm wondering what made you come back when you mentioned that you are already getting a lot of income in your current business? Does it mean that it's affected by the pandemic? Why would you invest your business in bitcoin when you have a good profit there? Maybe you can invest some, but is it necessary to invest all?

To leave your business in just one direction isn't really the best to be rich and comfortable. So if you are trying to diversify in cryptocurrency, is good. Bitcoin is a good coin to invest on. You can hodl bitcoin a long time for profit margin, if you can't trade.

Welcome back to the world of cryptocurrency mate, can we know what business is that? Many businesses fall because of the pandemic. The good thing is that your back in the crypto world, many people become more focused on cryptocurrency because of the things brought about by the pandemic. If you are looking for a good way of earning money in cryptocurrency and you are asking about investment, I can say that it is good, it is still just like before and this would be better if you invest in the long term to have more profit in the future.

Since covid 19 has adversely affected your business.  So investing in Bitcoin can be a good decision for you. If you have a good knowledge of Bitcoin then you will benefit. And if you have less knowledge about Bitcoin then you will not be able to benefit as much. Indeed, Bitcoin is still a good place to invest.  And I believe that will continue to be one of the means of investment in the future.

You have known how crypto currency work and its benefit for your income because you have got a lot of income before, so why do you ask like that? Every place will certainly have a risk and you can never get away from it. Especially at this situation, coronavirus has given a lot of impact for human being, in this case we will talk about the economic situation.

The virus has given an impact for crypto price as well, you can look the history chart for all crypto currency price exactly at march 2020 ago bitcoin and all crypto price have fallen down a lot, it has happened as well to all traditional investment like stock and etc.

But greatfully many people think that crypto currency especially bitcoin has considered as safe heaven asset like gold and their prices can recover slowly. And at this time when many country has been trying to recover their economic most crypto price is falling slowly and it happens until now. So, I don't think it is good to start again especially for investing purpose, you maybe good to choose become a trader again to gain money in short term pariod.

Do some research yourself and you'll get a perfect answer to your own question. No other asset, stock, bond, commodity etc were more profitable than Bitcoin this year and there aren't no chance of them outperforming bitcoin next year too. With in the strong period of the pandemic affecting all market, Bitcoin was one of the most affected but out of all this odds, its recovery rate still outperformed every other market.

During the hit, bitcoin went all the way down to around $3k+ trading price but currently it's trading at $11.5k. A price even more than its previous trading price before the pandemic. There are some prediction of another global meltdown coming anytime soon meaning if you're so anxious of investing in bitcoin at the moment, you should put at the back of your mind that you'll be investing for long term as the short term progress of bitcoin is veey uncertain at the  moment. But overall, bitcoin is still far preferably when Investing comes into the picture.

It’s clear to all about the changes in bitcoin during these Covid19, changes could be on a positive or negative side but when saving bitcoin for the future you should be patient enough and wait so it’s appreciate the more.

1.Income doesn't mean profit.I guess you mean that you get a lot of profit from your business.
2.COVID didn't "came today".COVID came on January 2020 in China.
3.You can't "invest your business" in Bitcoin. You invest money in Bitcoin.

A year ago you were active in bounty and airdrops. The same cannot be said about people who call themselves businessmen.

Nevertheless, you are probably a successful trader, and you know better than we do that the most profitable asset was and remains bitcoin. It is he who is an asset that more and more people trust.

Today there is a second wave of COVID-19. Many people are again forced to leave to work remotely. As a result, crypto exchanges have more clients. Against the background of self-isolation, interest in cryptocurrencies is growing very much, thus you make the right choice, again returning to the topic of cryptocurrencies. Today Bitcoin plays the role of an insurance asset that can provide effective support during a pandemic.

Yes, bitcoin still a good investment in crypto, and you can do that again as before. But you should read more information and search for the other news because the bitcoin movements now will be different than in the last few years. The price now is at $11k, and it still up and down, which can confuse you to determine the right time to buy and hold bitcoin. But if you decide to trade, you also need to learn more about trading, especially if you don't have enough trading skills.

The crypto market situations are different because the crypto market now has a new player called the DeFi project. So you need to learn more about DeFi if you want to invest. But I suggest you invest in bitcoin as your main investment while investing in the altcoin or DeFi as the secondary investment.

Not only you thinking of investing in Bitcoin after COVID19 coming, I am one of the people who closed all my business in the real world,
to be able to invest in Bitcoin. Since April 2020 all my businesses have been closed and I have chosen to focus on investing in Bitcoin.
And it turned out that my decision was right, I bought Bitcoin at the price of $ 6700 and now the price of Bitcoin is over $ 11,000.
It means that in just 6 months Bitcoin can go up by around $ 4000, I am very satisfied with Bitcoin's performance.

Busted;)

But to be fair,,, I think people with real jobs like me still can find the time to do bounties but for sure not to the extent that actual bounty hunters do. But you are right,,, real businessmen and people have even less time and spend it all on their own business. Now with Covid even more desperately.

Always think about the risks, don't be tempted by other people's profits unless you are ready to face this hurdle, investing in the long term is very good especially with bitcoin but the price is still erratic fluctuations maybe you will sell closer if the price goes up high?

Use the money you need to invest in bitcoin, your business is much better and can be used in the real world, it is a real job, therefore, don't leave your business now.

I am a businessman, I get a lot of income from my business, and I leave the world of trading, bounties and investing in crypto.  But after Covid came today, I decided to return to the crypto world, and I hope to have a good profit here.  what if i invest my business in bitcoin? is bitcoin still good?
From my perspective, bitcoin can still help investors like you earn a considerable profit because even we are in the middle of the pandemic, bitcoin still shows stability and growth that it doesn't get affected by the economic downfall. Many people also say that bitcoin will continue to increase its price, and it will pass $12,000 before the end of the year, so it's still good to hold our bitcoins in the long term.

Why not continue your business online just like an upgrade instead of selling offline you would have it online and have plenty of customers and try to accept Bitcoin as payment?
It would be crypto and business for you I know some business has been hard ever since Covid-19 pandemic arrive but we could always try to pursue it and maybe it could still be profitable.

That is right.
The investor can still profit from bitcoin, but the investor should believe that bitcoin will do the best for them in the long term.
No matter if bitcoin is down, the price will increase again, and it will increase in the long term.
Maybe they need to wait by hold their bitcoin for some period, but the result will be perfect for the investor because they will make a lot of money in the future.
But unfortunately, many people still doubt with bitcoin, and they say that bitcoin can not increase high.
We will get the same as the investor if we can hold bitcoin and not sell the bitcoin if the price does not jump to the higher price.

I would suggest to @OP to continue to invest in bitcoin and hold it.
Don't panic if the price is down because he will get another opportunity to buy back Bitcoin at a lower price.

I really appreciate your thinking but request you to have partial investment rather than investing the entire savings Unless you are aware of the risk , and the fact that this could all crash down tomorrow I am not saying that it will but anything is possible because of its volatility.

Unless you are aware of the risk always plan for long-term study hard, make your own decisions invest only on what you can afford.

You are welcome back.

This forum has not changed. It is still a place where you can make a decent income from doing some professional jobs as you have enumerated. Bitcoin also has not changed. People here who are trading in Bitcoin are making profit still. So there is no cause to fear.

Covid has given many impacts to the people, losing jobs, and also decreasing the income in many companies. I personally feel quite relieved because I am still here in the crypto world so that I can still have income from this, doing trading is also a good way.
However, are you sure want to invest in BTC? Are you sure you are ready for all risks that you may get?
If you are ready, yes, you can do it, BTC is still legit, but still the same, very volatile. And you must also decide on what kind of investment is it.

When you said you are doing good in your business, imo continue doing it. A lot of people are affected by this covid19. When investing in bitcoin it is high risk so just invest in the amount that you can afford to lose. Know every details in bitcoin since the price is volatile and understand it's flow in the market, though it is still good to have profit in btc.

Many people suddenly come and want to get involved with crypto in various ways such as trading, investing, etc. during a pandemic. I experienced it, many friends who suddenly wanted to learn about crypto with me because the difficulty of earning income in the real world is getting harder and the decline is very large. I also said that these difficulties also have an impact on crypto, and I also say that the risk is great because the prices are very volatile. I don't want these beginners who come because they want instant profit to be a loss because of their carelessness.
Bitcoin is very potential, I can still get side income from trading and farming. So, trying to get a profit during a pandemic with bitcoin is good as long as you want to learn and can accept all the risks.

In my opinion, you should not put all your investment money into crypto because crypto has no real form and there is no guarantee of security. My advice is to divide your investment money, some in crypto like Bitcoin and Eth, and some in precious metals like gold and silver because gold and silver have a real form and are the most stable currencies in the world.

Well due to pandemic some people turn to opportunity online to make profit and one of that is crypto. However there's no easy money here but since you already have experience and aware of how to earn in crypto then you understand the flow.

We can still earn but there's a process depending on how you plan to make money in crypto as an investor, trader, bounty hunter or one of those offering their skills.

In the current situation of COVID-19, it is not easy to make money, many businesses have gone bankrupt.
And there are also many people who have lost their jobs, therefore investing in Bitcoin can be a solution.
If you look at the performance of Bitcoin as the best digital asset for this year, it's a good decision to invest
in Bitcoin. I myself have proven that by investing in Bitcoin, I can make a profit that I use to buy daily necessities.

Welcome to the world of cryptocurrency partners. Yes, very good at investing, Bitcoin is always as good as investing. But if you use it as a means of payment, I hate it no matter how much it still has problems with speed and tx fees so why isn't that true? You know it bloated for the first time here and just stopped again for a while to invest and trade with Bitcoin for your business.Currently, all cryptocurrencies in the world have depreciated due to covit-19. The virus has also affected cryptocurrency prices, you can see the price history chart of all cryptocurrencies in Bitcoin just before 2020, and this has also happened in the case of all price-based investments like the strip. You think and act with all your intelligence

You said your business is booming before covid19 right? I can't believe that you forgot Bitcoin when your income is doing well. If you save some of your money buying some btc when the price goes down to $3k you could've save yourself from this scenario. If you can hodl Bitcoin for a while it is a good investment. Goodluck with hunting profitable crypto investment that gives immediate returns.

It is right, and you already made a great choice to invest in bitcoin. If people out there can realize this and follow what we did, I am sure they will feel the same as what we felt. They will have a new investment while they can still search for a job in the real-life, and at the right time, they can cash out their bitcoin investment, which means they will get additional income for their lives.

If those people can dig deeper into bitcoin's potential, they will found out that bitcoin is not just for the investment, but bitcoin can give them another way to make money by trading. But they need to have skills or knowledge about bitcoin before they trade, so they will have the opportunity to make money. I am sure sooner or later, the Covid-19 will end, and we will back to the normal life as before, but until that time, we need to survive for our lives.

I personally believe that even though I'm into bitcoin, it is not appropriate to encourage my friends who lost their job to get in here during the pandemic. They need a stable job during these times, and it's dangerous to promise them earnings here. I would gladly help them if the money they would use isn't needed by next week or by next few months. Cause when they needed the money as soon as possible, then they will lose instead of gaining from it.

Bitcoin always carry this potential of progress in anywhere, and any kind of business you think of. Covid-19 collapsed so many organization even till now they find it difficult to raise again as usual. Many people found it difficult to feed their family because of what corona virus has caused in their businesses and other activities. But bitcoin is still standing well in the areas of market, steady and stable in price that is making many people wondering which kind of coin is this.
I think bitcoin is still more better than other businesses that is not too stable this time around in the market.

Every businesses related to cryptocurrency is risky especially that most of the coins are volatile in the market.

You need to trust on bitcoin, you need courage in order to put your bitcoin asset into your businesses because it can hardly affect the way on how you run your business.

This pandemic is the best time to hold digital currencies such as bitcoin because in that investment, you are just confident and calm that bitcoin will give you profit while you are also running your business. I think the combination or if you put bitcoin into your business no matter what kind of business you are doing, it will somehow bring a huge impact to it.

I think it depends on what kind of business do you own because some businesses went dead when the pandemic started. If you are not doing badly in your business, there is no need to put your funds at risk in crypto. Income in crypto is not stable and it could go sideways due to the market risk. It depends also on your knowledge about crypto if you can maximize your captial and use it to grown if you invest in crypto.

Bitcoin is a good investment despite the fact that we are living in the time of Covid19. If you still have questions about your investment, you should know that:
Quote
The Rothschild Investment Corporation has bought 27 bitcoins in a stock form through Grayscale’s GBTC.

It is understandable that there are still people who ask if Bitcoin is a good investment, we know the risks and we must learn to manage them.

It seems that you already had experiences on cryptocurrencies before, so having knowledge about investing in crypto again will not be a problem. And yes, today as a pandemic strikes, it is good to invest here due to the potential of high-returns. However, you're already also aware that investing in Bitcoin is a very high-risk investment. Bitcoin is on the internet that's why it is easy to steal and much harder to return and trace. The bitcoin itself is secure and it is as only as secure as the wallet storing them due to the possibility of hacking. You should keep in mind that securing your investments here should be your top priority. Assess yourself and ask this, "Should I take this opportunity, if I'm gonna invest all of my income and capital to Bitcoin, could I take the big risk?" As an advice, maybe simply take the risk what you can afford to lose.

If you really want to invest in cryptocurrencies now such as Bitcoin, maybe don't invest all of your capital in cryptocurrency.  As I learned in investing, If you want to invest don't put all of your apples in one basket. How about getting only no more than 10% of your business portfolio will do, as the one rule of thumb of having good investment in bitcoin. At the end, if you really want to invest it all, having contingency plan will do, if ever you lose on this game of investing in Bitcoin.

Bitcoin price is still okay in the market compared to other cryptocurrencies that their coins is not encouraging in the market that is making many people quit to try bitcoin to improve their businesses.

As someone who runs a business in the Physical World, you will really hit some barrier with regards to your business if the Government has no plan to mitigate the effect of the Pandemic. Bitcoin on the other hand can only be affected with regards to the supply and demand system of the Cryptocurrency Industry which makes it good since there are new Utilizations coming out within this virus outbreak. Like Cryptocurrencies that can support health systems and the booming DeFi.

No, I can't, and you can't too. It needs the will to learn about bitcoin to open their mind about a new thing. So far, it really hard to open their mind to accept something, especially a new thing, because they don't want to know anything than what they did before.

Yes, those people need a stable job during the pandemic to have money because they need money to buy their daily needs right now. Perhaps, after they have a stable income from their jobs, they will think about getting more money. At that time, they will search for a new opportunity to earn more money.

It depends on what kind of business you have and if your consumers are also into cryptocurrency. You're a businessman, hence you can determine if it's profitable if you shifted your business into cryptocurrency. If you will just use cryptocurrency as a short-term way for your business, it might be difficult for you since supply and demand is what crypto is working.

Remember that there will be always risk, if you are slighty doing good during the pandemic, stay and improve your business.

Due to covid 19 pandemic, a lot of business establishments has been permanently closed and a lot of businessmen and businesswomen filed bankruptcy and decided to end their businesses even if they don't really wanted to. Admit or not most of us got affected by this pandemic and it is really hard to move forward most especially for the poor people around the globe that's why they really need the help of those who are still fortunate.
