all you mentioned is signs of maturity in which when we are moving to 50's these is all what we have realized. I think these are just common signs that you are struggling in life. It doesn't even need a to be a depression. Everyone feels different each day and might question his life choices. I am 23 years old btw, the bad thing that currently has those who are young or under 25 years of age is their zeal which makes as if those who are old are stupid.
