I tried to create an account, it works till I confirm/verify my email address but login is not working after that.
I'm experiencing Error 1009 Access denied when I click the Login button.
Whats wrong with it and kindly check it if it is an error on your site. I dont think it is an error on my side as I can browse/open all other pages except the login which is one of the most important things.

There is also an information on that error page, it says that your website has banned the country/region/ip address.
So it seems that you have some countries restriction, I havent checked/read all your ToS btw.

It's always nice to see when a new site is active. However, I cannot find any company details, nor is a gambling license anywhere to be found.

Just checked your site out and the design itself is pretty simple and bland to be honest. Performance on my mobile is pretty average since it seems like it stutters now and then while scrolling that needs to be rectified asap.

Cryptocurrency options are great though. I couldn't find a FAQ section anywhere which is something that needs to be added asap op.

In one of the photos in the OP, it says "No KYC" but in the T&C, it's asking for personal information if withdrawal is above 1 BTC.

In the T&C, you mentioned something about restricted jusrisdictions but you never mentioned which countries you forbid. How will you know or how will you identify players from countries that prohibits online sports betting, gambling and gaming?

Bttzed03 is right i see the image on your post it is written that there is no kyc but in terms and conditions that it is possible to ask the user for a kyc. some of the reputalbe and known cryptocurrency based sports betting here doesn't require user a kyc even if they withdraw more than 1 btc what could be the reason you are needing users identification for?

And I see that the horse racing & greyhounds are available on your site, so I think that can attract people to try to bet on your site.
But unfortunately, they need to wait until the next year to try to place their bet because I see that on your site, it will be available in 2021.

May I ask what’s the point here? I mean why would you force people to register when they simply want to have a quick look at your offering? I can only speak on my behalf but when I visited your site, first thing I did was navigating to your sports betting section in order to check out your sportsbook - when I realized I couldn’t see without registering, I simply left. My two cents but pretty unusual and quite a turnoff.

We appreciate your honest answers, but if you do not have a license, and therefore no company, then customers cannot go to any company or organization if they are not paid.
This makes your site very high risk to play. The least customers want anyway is a site that offers gambling legally and is licensed.

The point that you have to register first does not make any sense. It will only drive people away.
People should be able to see the sportsbook without registering. Now they are forced to register.

Agreed with what is said by efialtis about the point of forcing people to register. Generally, we all are very Accustomed that first we visit the a new site and all things around. After satisfied with the UI, games list, etc we decide to register any site. But when we see we have to register to see some special page of any site, it could be gambling or exchange or something like that personally I don't like. btw welcome to this forum and I hope all things will be made according to community opinions.  

It seems there's a lot of loopholes in your terms and conditions just like Pmalek said about checking if the user is 18 you can only check them if you ask for KYC but you said that there's no KYC so why is it in the terms and condition? I think you needed to fix first your terms and conditions. Don't expect users will just play in the website most of us here are very keen with the terms and conditions before playing in the website especially you are new website.

That's a very valid question but I guess they just want to make sure people don't visit their sportsbook for checking odds which is actually more baffling since one wants to see the odds and decide if the house edge is decent or not. I would like a clarification from them regarding this though I like everything about them as they are active and replying to questions being asked.

Gambling is not legal for below 18 and its on the terms and conditions because they have to input it and if the players are below 18 and got caught by the team, no question needed they’ll freeze the account. There’s a lot of gambling site that has no KYC and yet strictly implementing that no 18 below players, its up to them on how to check it though.

Are you rewriting your Terms of Service since the site no longer exists and redirects to the main website?

That's what I'm saying as I have seen some sites saying that they don't require KYC but later on they do on selective accounts, that's just unfair, sites have to be clear with their rules and let people be aware of any changes as there are still a lot of gambling sites that does not really require a KYC documents.



Maybe it's their technique for people to really create an account before they can check the odds, but if it is, I would say it's a bad technique.

Well, I have just had a closer look at pitibet.io and I thought I would share my thoughts from beginning to end.

1) As mentioned before, not being able to see the sports markets etc. without registering is a huge turn-off for me

2) When looking at the homepage, anyone with some sort of web/marketing background would probably notice right away that the site doesn't look very attractive & quite amateurish to be honest

3) Anyway, since I would finally like to have a look at the sportsbook, I clicked on "Join now" so I could register. At the bottom of the registration popup you can find a link to the ToS - unfortunately (by now?!), this link is redirecting to pitibet.io, so there aren't any ToS at all now? At first you had ToS that included KyC etc. and people disliked that - then you suddenly get rid of them for good? Yeah, I am sure you are currently working on these but hey, you have launched a gambling operation you know? People are supposed to trust your service and deposit their hard earned cash

4) I entered my email, password and realized the registration is basically a "newsletter subscription / it's an addon based on the wordpress theme used" - I had to confirm my subscription via email, which I did but unfortunately... I then received an error message: https://pitibet.us11.list-manage.com/subscribe/confirm // Server status / We couldn't process your request at this time. Please try again later. If you are seeing this message repeatedly, please contact Support with the following information etc.

5) I navigated to pitibet.io once more and clicked login when I am being redirected to https://piti.vip/ with an 1009 error screen appearing - The owner of this website (piti.vip) has banned the country or region your IP address is in from accessing this website.

6) I accessed the site once more via VPN, I finally wanna see what all this is about! Now I am once again being redirected to https://piti.vip/ with another login box appearing - very strange stuff but I continue and enter my details - guess what? They don't work, I am trying 3 times and give up.

As a conclusion: I have not managed to check out the site being logged in, I haven't seen the sportsbook offering, nothing. What I know is: The pitibet.io domain name is 41 days old, the piti.vip domain is 35 days old and the website is based on wordpress (I LOVE wordpress but a gambling operator based on WP?!) and uses a free wordpress theme named phlox (pro version is $39)

I wish my initial feeling would have been wrong but it doesn't look like that - for now, this is a prime example of a new gambling site popping up that should be avoided for obvious reasons. Don't take your chances guys, there are other options and I am saying that even though I am happy about every legit (and professional!) new crypto project. Still, risking your money on a gambling site like this at current stage? Don't do this...

Yes I think they really remove the Terms and Conditions I see that many users here are asking many questions about the KYC on their TOS maybe they remove it to create a new one? But I think they should really prepare their terms and conditions well before opening the website to avoid confusion.

I also registered to the website (just to take a look at it, off course) and had a same experience. Tried to log in using the email address and the password I had set. But they didn't work.

They don't even create a unique deposit address for each of users. They give a single address to all users and ask them to provide their transaction ID.

I find it difficult as well, I cant even find how to deposit or how to withdraw. There is no menu like "cashier" "deposit" or "withdraw".
When I clicked the balance, it consists of balance/transaction history only. Clicking the profile but still unable to find the menu related to deposit/withdraw.
This is the first time I face difficulty like this on a new sportsbook.
IMO deposit and withdraw is a basic thing, it should be available/located in a good place which is visible clearly.
FAQ is also missing here, so it seems that pitibet is not fully working at the moment.

Is there any restricted country? Can anyone use VPN? You have some pretty interesting special promotions does it change daily? Looking at your terms and conditions seems you don't have one, why is that? And about the privacy policy under the Child Privacy

I think manual deposit is not very good approach here. I hope you can have an automated system on this aspect. Because it gives the impression that you are not ready for this business. What if you have a lot of players requesting for deposit/withdrawal, and your support can't attend all these transactions? That will create chaos. Anyway, I think that's one major detail you need to address with as most casinos have automated system already.

i think one way to get interest from players here is to run your sig campaign, if you can. and hire a reputable BM here. you can already see casinos running their campaign and who are those managers.
that will take a big chunk from your earnings but that will be a good factor in changing the interest to check out your platform. however, if not, just continue your active support in the forum.

Do you think that with the current situation of the site (looks like unfinished project), people will be interested to join even if they run a sign campaign? Obviously not, owner needs to improve the site first to make it better so people will be interested to join. Otherwise, forcing themselves to run a sign campaign with the current situation, with what they have now, it will be like wasting money for nothing imo. One thing to bear in mind, sign campaign is not giving a guarantee of earnings/traffic. It is just a way to advertise the site, what is offered to players on the site is more important thing imo.

The site is working and the betting platform is working too, so players are free to register and free to place bets. We need to improve some features and get better, yes is truth too and we will do it in the near future.

This system can't work in the long run. It can only work with a very small use base, but if they want a future in this industry they have to change this as soon as possible.

How many members do you have working in your support team 24/7 who credit coins to player accounts? You need staff 24/7 if transactions are to be credited manually. Consider a scenario where you suddenly receive 100s of transactions, how are you going to credit them to the respective accounts in a reasonable timeframe?
How will your staff deal with other user inquiries if they sort out deposits around the clock? How big is your team?

All withdrawals are processed manually, sometimes some player can have a pending rollover bonus and we must check if he complete the rollover or not and we need time to check that information.
