I love Sao Paulo.I remember when I first started betting in 2003 I won a lot of sport betting tickets which were singles of Sao Paulo.At that time Sao Paulo was not the strongest team and had really good odds but they won a lot of games during that period if I remember correctly.May be it was 2004-2005 years as I can’t recall that long ago but one thing is sure they made me some good amount of money back then.

Going back, Palmeiras are quite having a good run having 23 titles in Campeonato Paulista and 10 in Brasileirao. It is quite hard to choose which one is/are more eager to get another title. Surely, the next tournament will be again, exciting.

It is doing well this year, 2nd place. Not a good performance yesterday, a draw, but a nice game 2x2 with Internacional.

In round 19 of the Championship (we reach half), the leader international loser to Corinthians, vice Flamengo lost to São Paulo, Atlético-MG confront Palmeiras today and Fluminense win Fortaleza.
Despite this, nothing has changed in the leaderboard so far.

They say that whoever arrives as a leader until the middle of the championship has great chances of winning it :D

After a series of two draws and two defeats, Internacional loses the leadership of the Brazilian Championship to Atlético-MG, who won the last two matches.

Atletico-MG this year has done a good performance, and honestly, I am beginning to believe that he can win the championship.
With another victory in this last round he remains firm in the lead.

Internacional lost to Boca Juniors in the Conmebol Libertadores Cup and maybe now focus more on the Brazilian championship to retake the leadership... I just don't know if there is still time to reorganize the team and recover the lost points.

In this 24th round, São Paulo finally came to the lead after Atlético-MG's stumble at Internacional that tied the game 2-2.
Of course, São Paulo deserves the credits... they are 3 straight victories, but the difference from first place to the 6th is only 9 points, so any slip means a lot on the leaderboard.

The Brazilian Championship (Brasileirão) has more teams competing, so it's longer and has the system of "running points".
The Brazil Cup is a smaller tournament and in the system of elimination of defeated teams.

Yesterday, the Brazilian championship restarted, in the 28th round the International is beating Ceará and jumping to second place... for a limited time until the other teams complete the round.
But, this is the fourth consecutive victory and if São Paulo slips, then the colorados will go ahead.
I will keep this hope 8)

For Internacional win the cup, Flamengo couldn't win São Paulo (and they lost) and Internacional needed to win.

However, the CBF doesn't want Internacional to win, so the VAR called the referee, and he canceled the penalty... ABSURD :o the penalty was legitimate.
