A discount can be arranged when investing a certain amount, described in the memo. The current business is already functioning, and, as mentioned in the memo, the investment is required for further development of this existing business model. The business itself has basically no ties with crypto, only that Fintelum platform allows investors from all around the world to invest and acquire company equity by using cryptocurrencies.
