Since you're trying to register on a website probably that's the security pin sent to your phone or email for verification purposes.
But I don't understand why can't you give more details in one post, we don't have a crystal globe to know what you're trying to do on what website, how do you expect people to help you?

Don't!
It's a scam (https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/freemining.co?page=1), it will take you 100 days to get to the minimum withdraw amount on the free plan and at that time your account will be blocked.
Same story if you try to buy a plan, but this time you're going to lose your money also, not just your time.

Haha, the question isn't even that noobish, that website is indeed not very clear on this PIN thing. I figure you create an account by entering a BTC address and a PIN of your own choosing, so it's similar to a password, you decide it. Very strange way to do things, but of course if it's a scam anyway, it's good for the creators, as you don't provide an email or anything identifying you, so it's easier for them to claim they don't know you and don't owe you anything.
