 This is a small topic for me to understand what to include in my project site casinobuz.com.
I will have a list of the best crypto casinos and will prove why they're the best.
I'm in good contact with most of the site owners/managers and will try to get my site visitors the best bonuses possible.

I would like to know what are the things you look for in a crypto casino.
What makes you want to play that crypto casino instead of the other ones ?
Personally as an advanced gambler I know what to always look for,but I'm not sure if everyone thinks the same way I do.
I always check the house edge,because that could manipulate my long-term profit.
I see so many sites with an insanely big house edge get a lot of people playing on them.
As a gambling consumer let me know what are the things that attracts you to a site.
Is it because the site invests a lot of money into promoting they're service ?
How did you find out about the first crypto gambling site you played ?
What are the features you like most about the site ?

You should focus on two main things, first of all how provably fair is the site and the second one is the gambling license... Those are two things any casino should have to be trusted by the users.

It would be nice to know what's the plan you have to get traffic on your site, while more traffic you get then the casinos will want to be part of your site.

Reputation is what attracted me most on the gambling site, they should have a dedicated support for any concern, of course provably fair plays a big factor, investing a lot of money into marketing is natural for a new gambling site and it's must, this is how established gambling site made their entry in the gambling community, and some of them still continues to market their platform like Bitvest, 777Coin and other gambling site.

To begin with, the most important rules should be very clearly stated before registration, and this includes a list of countries that have been accepted, whether KYC is needed and what is not allowed on the site. I think transparency would help to avoid many embarrassing situations that result from users not knowing something, or simply not being aware that something is not allowed.

If there is a dispute about something, and most often it is a withdrawal of funds - then it can not happen that the matter is ignored or pushed under the carpet, while maintaining a reputation at the same time. If someone is fair and correct to the users, they will come back, which only means that the gambling site will profit in the long run, and the users themselves will promote it through affiliate links.

One of the main complaints I have seen in gambling sites is the KYC trap they are applying when a user will withdraw a considerably large amount of winnings. I have been in the crypto gambling industry for over 2 years now,but in the gambling industry for over 4 years.
I have witnessed many ways on how sites try to maintain their profits by not paying out users.
On my site I will only recommend the sites I know are trustworthy of giving users,their winnings and will try to protect gamblers from such sites,who lock their funds,just because they have won significant amounts and try to ruin they're profit by doing investigations and not paying out the funds instantly as they should,I know even the best sites will take some time for your withdraw to be processed if its over 100k$+,but that's understandable in my opinion,if it takes up to an hour or two for that kind of a withdraw to be checked if everything was won fairly. With the KYC I haven't really had issues with many sites I personally play on,even the ones where I have withdrawn over 50k$+ amounts. But I will carefully check on the sites I promote with what they're terms are with the KYC,because not everyone would want to provide they're identity. The site can take deposits without KYC,but once you try to withdraw it might become a problem,depends on which sites service you are using.

Sites like roobet will only have this kind of an issue once you have won,if you have lost a lot its fine to use a VPN,but as the support team said to a user using a VPN who a decent amount,that all the wins may be voided in the future,that means they will most likely get voided especially if you win a big amount,the site doesn't want to lose its profit and will try to protect their profits with using their TOS against their users.

If you have a good relationship/communication with casino owner/managers, then it will be better to use this advantage and ask them this question, especially data analysts and marketing managers/product owners.

Personally, I can tell you that at first people are looking for a nice user interface, something that will be easy to use and understand. Then comes promotions, promos play a huge role to attract new customers. But you know what, casinos spend most of their money in advertisements. They spend huge money in promotions too but these promotions are like an investment that should have good ROI. I'm telling you this just for general information that you may already know.

To be fair, some people rarely check the house edge. Slots have a high house edge but a lot of people play them because of its graphics and different types of giveaways with different visual content. This has it's psychological effect on humans too. If I play blackjack that has high house edge compared to dice, that's because I love this game and opposite. And in overall, the house edge on games are like a standard everywhere.

5. Speed of website
6. Easy deposit / easy withdrawal.

That is the most valuable thing we need to look first the reputation since if we know how good they are in terms of doing a good service to their gambler then we can get a nice experience upon playing. And marketing plays a major rule since this could make the lifeline of their casino prolong and also this will be the indicator that they will be successful in the future since if they fail on marketing then provably they will collapsed in future.

Also for OP KYC,transparency,automatic deposit/withdrawal and this is suggested by other and I like to have a active support since this could solve a issue of the gambler when they have a occuring errors on the site.

Players can opt to pay for tx fees if they want instants withdrawals.
Players can choose free if they're not in a hurry.

I truly believe casinos are making enough profits to cover for player's transaction fees. It boggles me that most of them can spend a lot on marketing and promotions but still charges withdrawal fees.

Something in that direction,of course not the same. But I would introduce the users to the sites I will be promoting.
I agree with the free fee withdraw option,because especially if the user has a great rank on the site if it has a ranking system.

Unique design, not rebranded by other gambling scripts, marketing like what Bitvest and 777Coin is doing although not easy but if the dev has a huge budget make the marketing as long as the site can, reputation, can address the issue in a timely manner, we all know gamblers they want to get their hands on their winnings, because they believe they deserve it, help desk and support, can address issue fairly and on time, there are still a lot to mentioned I consider high on my list.

i consider this as top priority. making sure that provably fair is in place as it will give good impression to the players. and yes, if the casino can't provide coins like btc to play, even play money is fine and that you can play even without registering your details yet. this way, you can already get the experience on whats in store for you as a player.
fast response of the support. should not wait for days regarding simple issues.
gambling license can wait. but should also be in the pipeline for long-term goals.

I don't really care about having that feature although it's good to have since other want to test the site before playing but for me I'm unto feedbacks to the community who tried the site. But what important thing to me is transparency,anonymity and automatic on withdrawal and deposit.

Also license is really must since this will be the big sign that the casino is pretty serious and aiming for long term.

Maybe you can add another feature that tracks and compares odds among crypto sportsbooks while you're at it. What are the chances that you will attract more visitors if you have that and be the first to do it? I think it's high.

^when I wanted to play gambling the first thing that caught my interest was the UI of the site, if the interface was too tacky and had lots of advertisements then I definitely wouldn't continue playing there.

^the last thing that I think is important is the minimal withdrawal, if you can afford to make a low minimum withdrawal [$ 2] then I am sure your site will be in demand.

To be provably fair and low house edge.
The website needs to be fast and not laggy.
It needs to have a large variety of games.
And low fee  instant withdrawals.

If the gambling has always an updates to their platform to their community players, that is one of the big factors and a lot gamblers

The requirements I'm looking for in a gambling site is, if it is easy to access, large variety of game as well, less in-house probability (to win in games), with a responsive customer support or support (service) and maybe great visuals is a plus too.

I only have two requirements the first one and probably the most important is the reputation, zero complaints so I can play without the thought that they will restrict my account, they can ask me for verification but that is when they see something is not right on how I handle my account, the second criteria are the games, they should have a lot of games so I can shift from one game to another if I get bored on one game.

Personally I like user friendly site, with 24/7 support or high response rate at least, able to try casino games without signing up, daily bonuses, provably fair and mobile friendly. I think through this gamblers might stick to casino business most especially if its services are smooth and uninterrupted unless there’s a maintenance.

I also visit a pretty new crypto casino a lot too lately, Chips.gg
One thing i now that it is most important to have a good team. I know a few casinos that started pretty good but where the devs left (disagreements with owners) and teams that doesnt develop anything anymore cause 'it works, so its good enough'. The team behind Chips have proven themselfs in previous projects and the amount of developments is great, while only live for 4 months.
