I already did what longlivecapitalism suggested and it seems everything is fine on other websites.

Do you by any chance use VPN particularly using an IP address from Romania? Whenever I would use Romania as my location the loading speed would be super slow but other locations would be fine. I think might some case traffic because of several users' actions and making a post or thread on any board also one of the impacts is the thread content.
