Title: Anyone else getting this Database Error?
Post by: TheBeardedBaby on October 24, 2020, 09:52:20 PM
Never seen that one before. I was just updating my fist post of the Epochtalk thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5206998.0) when I hit that error. Went back and again, bum.
Here's a screenshot. It says if I see that error to report it to the admins so here we go.

LoyceV seems to have faced the same problem in the past but most people were claiming it was a DDOS attack at that time. Check out this thread; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5194399

Whatever it is, it seems temporary.

I think I had it a while ago and from what I remember, a refresh seemed to fix it for me (so might work here).

I think it's similar to the rate limiting for accessing certain parts of the forum (sich as having to wait a second between tasks).

Ok, thanks guys, seems that it's not so big deal, it was just a bad timing yesterday. All is good now, never seen it again so I'm locking this thread.
If it was important theymos would have answered it by now :) Cheers.
