has anyone came across this e-billing cash in telegram? please advice if this is legit or not ..thanks

It's only on Telegram? Are they requiring you to invest? Better not be attached to it as most of those projects that are existing in Telegram or investments that are running through Telegram are likely to be a scam. I have never such e-billing in telegram.
We need more information about it if you can give it. But my first impression to it with those few simple words you say, avoidance is the best action.

Just be careful in joining programs on telegram cause mostly of those programs are scam.  Always do to a research or ask a professional before making decision especially when it comes into investing were money is involve.

hey i really dont understand what are you asking. But let me add my suggestion here. Telegram is the most popular platform for scammers. If some unknown send you a msg regarding a project or investment plan, most likely it is a scam. Before investing you can do a research about it.

Nowadays, I only used telegram as communication to others but not as an investment form.
Because for me this apps became a main instruments of the scammers, opportunist, to steal money
or capital to others. So with this e-billing cash on telegram this is not good to use this type of style,
so better be careful dude.

Be very careful around telegram bots, you can never know who is behind them, there are other reliable ways to make payment today but I just find it very hard to trust telegram, again the information you drop is not good enough, you should atleast drop link to such telegram channel and let some telegram experts drop their comments

No user is yet to understand what exactly is this e-billing cash in Telegram, I suppose you were contacted via private message, how did you find about this e-billing cash or whatever, on a Telegram group/channel or through a personnel on TG? AFAIK there's no such thing, I've not heard about it before, I've surfed the internet and still yet nothing.

It's good you're verifying, for now we can state categorically that it's not legit, are they asking you for funds, private keys, seed phrase or requesting you to deposit to them, stay away from this 'e-billing cash' you found in TG unless it is proven to be legit, which I honestly think it definitely is not. Take responsibility of your funds and don't let scammers trick you out of it due to avarice.

I had one case when I participated in some airdrop during which it was necessary to install a bot in my telegram account. And then, after I was going to remove this bot, it turned out that I could not do it. This bot kept appearing in my account all the time despite the fact that I complained about it, and despite the fact that I tried to stop its activity and block it.

If we look at the usefulness of telegram, it is clearly very good because it can be used by everyone, but this is actually used by scammers in a bad direction where they use telegram to deceive many people who are in crypto, so they must be more careful in respond to this because in this world no one will give money to us instantly.
