Italy for example is owned & governed by Goldman Sachs muppets since several years now.
If it ends up in decentralization, it's a good thing (for as long as the separate entities are well-mannered and able to cope with the transition phase), otherwise it would fall apart forcefully anyway one day. Better now - still in time for a peaceful and constructive reorganization - than too late when tensions are already too high and unload with force.
