Did you read what is considered "valid collateral"? Most of the accounts (if not all) are not valid ones, so nothing to add.

Collateral is something you want back.  You are trying to sell that asset.

You should have a better option for your business, just go to any bank on your country. Then open a bank account, then ask the system of taking loan. Prepare the document  for the loan you want to take which will be asked by the bank. Then take the loan and run your business properly. Any intelectual property cant be considered as a valid collateral here.
