What do you mean by a airdrop scanner? Or are you referring to airdrop sources? A plan where you can find lists of new Airdrops you can join? If yes then here are few

1. Airdrops.io
2. Airdropbob.com
3. Airdroprating.io

If you meant a way to make sure that's a legit airdrop or not and this depends on how reliable the airdrop. there's not airdrop scanner but if you wanna try to get some legit airdrops and you can join ni the bounty detective airdrop in the telegram group. The bounty detective was regularly posting the airdrop that has been running on some exchange sites. This airdrop was also being created by the legit projects too.

I remember there were some airdrops that came from the coins that listed on okex, kucoin or many more.

There is no airdrop scanner that will tell you a particular airdrop is better than the others, you need to do your own research very carefully before joining, website like airdropbob did one thing right though, they have ratings and I used to join Airdrops with 4 to 5 stars rating on them

No such things exist. But if you are looking for airdrop then I can suggest some channel name where you will find almost every new project and you can join there. But I can not guarantee you they will be legit but I fear most of the airdrop will be worthless or scam. So You should use your own experience to identify the legit one. You can find most of the new airdrops in Airdropbob.com, Airdroprating.io and you can follow some Twitter account to find new airdrops.

The best is to be active in the section of bounties.

You will see such airdrops that are being posted there most of the time. But you need to take your time and effort looking at it from time to time.

Airdrops are just like bounty hunting, you need to put in some actions like doing research on the projects first to find answers about their potential, if they are good enough then join and you might earn few dollars or even hundred of dollars

You will not find an Airdrop scanner except in the channels of those who specialize in this or through their blogs at Google, and there is the airdropalert.com site, next to every airdrop, you will find votes on good airdrop, but in my opinion, the Bounty is better for you because Airdrops are not good profits and you may waste your time for free.

That's actually depend on your DYOR. There's not scanner and the airdrop must be identified manually. Even if there's a tool to scan the airdrop and it will have a very low accuracy as it will only use the technical reason to take the conclusion whether that's a legit airdrop or not.
The scanner tool for airdrop didn't exist. You will never find that. Just try to be yourself and DYOR,

Airdrop scanner? Don't really understand what that means, or are you referring to a platform or a group where you can get alerts on new airdrops? Well if that is the case, I think there are many of them on telegram, although it's been long I tried anything about airdrop, but telegram should be the best place to start, you can use the search engine to search for the keyword "airdrop", that will serve as a good way to get started. Also, you can check bounty managers groups, sometimes some projects also runs airdrops in addition to bounty.
However, considering the rate of fake airdrops nowadays, when you come across any always make sure you research on it to be sure and any airdrop asking for funds for whatever reason do not participate, also any airdrop asking for your private keys do not participate, they are all fake.

Scanner? is it a tool to scan an airdrop whether its a legit or not, or you just only looking for a site where you can find the latest and ongoing airdrops?  If its a website you are looking google has the answer, but when it comes to legit or not its some kind of hard.
