I keep looking on the chart and checking while posting I got up from my computer to entertain a visitor and when I come back here it is Bitcoin
at $14,941.07 It looks like we have a good momentum this early before end of November Bitcoin could be trading at $ $16k

Do you think we are going to have a repeat and the first quarter of 2021 will be where Bitcoin will have another all time high

I thinks $16k-$18k was some sort of symmetric difference to the lows of $3k from the $10k level so it was quite likely once we went through there we'd keep going imo (or pull back but we haven't done that).

I'm hoping we can see a stagnation again before we push higher than the 16-18k levels but that might not happen and we could just keep going.

As a bullish sign, any monthly close above the last one is probably a new high close and might be more significant to show there's some good follow through.

When in talks of future prices then everything would really remain unanswered yet no man on this world can predict on whats ahead.I was even surprised on the current or recent movement of
Bitcoin on where it did able to hit $14k that fast and now we are already on 15k range which i havent anticipated that it would be touched on this month of November it seems we're really too
fast when it comes to movement but it doesnt signify if we are already on a bull run or just some pump and might have an another some solid correction later on.So for those who
had accumulate cheaper then this would be the best time to sell and wait for some pullback then buy again.

we have been heading towards the new ATH the day price broke out of $4k resistance back in April 2019. what we have seen from that day until today is just increasing momentum with some corrections and 2 panic sells. the same pattern happened in July 2015 with similar momentum and panic sells.
so if history is any indication, we should see the new ATH (similar to 2017) by mid 2021.

with the way bitcoin is being adopted these days by different countries, different corporation giants and institutional investors,... it may even happen sooner than we'd expect.

This is good advice, taking profits is never a bad idea at all.
But for me, I have no reason at all to sell my Bitcoin now or even we reach the all-time-high. I am for the long term in Bitcoin.
I am also treating Bitcoin as my emergency funds also besides fiat, so if I don't really need funds at all or I still have my fiat, I will never sell my Bitcoin at all.

Looking at the market we might see the price of bitcoin testing the all time high valuation before the first quarter of 2021, i was expecting the momentum to start during the early period of 2021 but it is quite surprising to see that the price is breaking all the resistance and gaining 20% in the past one week is outstanding, i am still expecting a minor correction in the mean time.

We can't just go on parabolic rise and see new all time high. The price though seems to be on a good pump in the last 48 hours, but it seems that we will see another dump, not that drastic though, before another leg up. Next year will be more exciting, as the four year cycle might prove itself again or we need another year to touch more higher high or new all time high.

It's just a question of when, we are just like few thousands of dollars from the last all-time-high. So it could be hit this month or December, or early in 2021. But I don't want to get excited though, it might ruin my plans, if it happens in early 2021, Lol. But in any case I don't might seeing $20k-$40k in 2021 or even 2022. But there could be a some corrections, dumps along the way, we just need to keep HODLing and not be affected negatively if we see the price going down, we should look for long term gains.

Well we almost got there as we have reached $15,700+ this day and standing strong at $15,500+ now.
from that so 16,000$ is a easy target i think.

Or not unless if the correction comes next then the price would be lowering before the final moment happen as the bull is really expected anytime soon.

I avoid to have timeframes or exact month but for certain years like 2021 and 2022. These are the years where many are hoping to have that bull run that we all want. Even if there will be new all-time high to be seen.

What's important is the yearly lows. What's with that?

As long as we see a high yearly low, that's still a good sign that we're heading to the bull run.

I like it early 2021 but if you see an indication that it could happen mid 2021 I'm still ok with it, we have things laid out, overcome pandemic check. adoption check, halving check what could go possibly go wrong not to reach another all time high, people should stop waiting and start buying, I know momentum do not last but if there is a dip, hopefully, believers will strengthen the buying support.

Correction go away , we are enjoying the ride , come next days.
I have told everybody that the steady increase of 5% daily will occurred , and toda is the day that the trend looks like make its pattern.
By the end of this month we should crossed $20000 if there is no huge correction which i am sure ot wont come soon.
We are in high hype and it looks unstoppable right now. Lets do this.

Looks $16k is lower than what Bitcoin can achieve this November up to December probably between $15k to $17k or if lucky much higher till next year.

Speculation will not stop since same thing happens last 2017 in which the Halving effect takes control of market and we reach the ATH.

Now Bitcoin is starting to move forward after the drastic situation we've got last march when the pandemic ruin the market,Now here we are looking great and market is in Green zone again.

Definitely going towards a new all time high, there is no way that bitcoin will stop right now at this price and never go back up, this can't be the high that we reached never to be seen for years to come, we are definitely getting closer.

I can't say if we are going to break over $20k in a week or in a month or in a year but I know that we are on the right track and we are going to break that $20k eventually, and we are getting closer so it means we just need a bit more push and we will be there.

Right now price is around at $15.5k which means we just need $4k more in increases to break the all time high price, which is only 25% increase. Considering we already had like a 50%+ increase in a month or month and a half, we could easily say that 25% could happen in the next month as well.

Bitcoin will definitely surpass its all-time high. The number, charts, the analysis show the same results. The current momentum is great without being interrupted by the bear.

Personally, I don't like this rapid increase. I thought we would have stayed at $15000 for at least a week or maybe more. But I guess there are too many elements affecting bitcoin right now so it is hard for bitcoin to slow down and breathe. The higher the price, the harder it will drop. Correction is needed in order for bitcoin to go further. Therefore, be careful of the correction if you are planning to invest your money in bitcoin.

Waiting is also not a fair choice for many people. Jump a train can cause a painful result. Try to manage your risk so as not be fall into a bull trap. Remember don't sell of your bitcoin quickly cause it will go up even further in the future

If it continues to move in such way, we maybe able to see BTC reach another all time high and with that to happen there is a need for more news or hypes to be created like adoption of big companies other than PayPal or some news that can help to make it through. It may not be like 2017 pump that push instantly but it can still reach ATH even in slower phasing. If it will be able to break $18k sooner the faster the chance it can break it's record.

I dunno about Q1 2021 ATH. Seems a bit early. A correction will come once this recent pump runs its course, in December we could be back to $11,000s, then Q1 would be building back up to $15k and building support between $11k and $15k. In Q2 I think we'll see the price approaching the ATH and perhaps even hitting it.

If you'd asked me back in March whether bitcoin would have reached even $10k, I would have said absolutely not--and look at where we are in November.  It's absolutely mind-blowing.

And yeah, I do think bitcoin is headed toward a new ATH, but I don't think it's going to happen this year (and I hope it doesn't, actually).  Too much of a rise too quickly can lead to huge crashes, as we've seen time and time again, so if indeed we are to see a new ATH, I hope it comes next year and hopefully at least in the middle of 2021 and not sooner.

One thing I'm not sure about is whether this momentum we're seeing is really a trend or just a pop-up in price that could quickly drop back down.  That's something only time will decide, but it'll be damn interesting to see what happens in the next 6 months or so.

25% only? It's not that easy. This is by far the most basis of those believers, if Bitcoin goes pump hard, it's an automatic reaching the new ATH.

I also like that but I will not speculate until it happens. So far, the progress is good and that's what matters here compare waiting for new ATH.

Price aside, the developments happening are pretty bonkers and dominoes are falling in a way I wouldn't have expected at the start of the year. The ascent to near 16 grand seemed weirdly effortless. Looks like there's plenty left in the tank so I ain't going to call anything.

funny enough back in March i was saying that price should be above $10k and the only reason why we were seeing the drop was purely manipulation and panic sells. even more interesting is that i called the end of the panic sell/manipulation within 2 months and what do you know, it did end after 45 days and after 2 months price was back to $10k ;D

Nothing can be told until it happens.but since this is speculation section then we are all free to give speculative post and for me?

yeah i am very certain about this and seems like we are now heading to Bull market because the price is now calm at $15,500 and up but of course yesterday we fell down to $15,200 yet not that low compared to what we have in the recent weeks.

So basically ,i am looking forward for another high before this week ends as the result of US presidential election will be released as many expected.

I guess the price needs to take a break after an increase these two days because we are now on the weekend, which usually, the price needs to adjust the price before it could increase again.
Maybe the price is now getting sideways for a while, and I think the price will have more chances to increase in the next week.
So we can prepare for the next rallies the next week, so we don't miss the chance to back to make a profit again.
The next target to increase will be at $16k and $16,500 or the price will jump to $17k in the next week.
I hope that bitcoin will get more support next week, so the price can increase and jump high and make a new ATH.

My previous prediction in the year end price of Bitcoin is $15,000-$16,000 but now we are at the first week of November and it already reached that price (at least between the price range).

I would love to see Bitcoin reaching a new ATH in the first quarter of 2021 or at least at that year but I remain vigilant and preparing for the worse to happen. Reaching the new ATH will be like a rough road with huge rocks. It will be difficult to surpass but I know for sure that it will happen. I will stick to my prediction though. $15,000-$16,000 by the end of the year.

This might be same scenario on last 2017 bullrun which starts to pump on October and reach ATH during 3rd to 4th week of December. If BTC continue on it's price phase, I believe 2017 bull run will happened and we all know what's gonna happened after a strong buy pressure exhaust. I believe BTC will stay above 20k on December to January then a major correction on 2nd to 3rd week of January but not the same low below. 10k is the possible low on the second major correction.

We can never know what the price of bitcoin will do before it does it. If we were able to say or tell beforehand we would have been super rich, I had some investments 6 months ago during lockdown that I got a hold of, if I was smart enough to put all of that into bitcoin back in that day, I would have made 2.5x returns on my investment and instead they are down right now and I lost a tiny bit of money (not a lot, like 200 bucks at most) so I can tell you that I am not the guy that could tell you if a new all time high could come or not.

However I do not think that there are any other people who are like that neither, I think nobody can tell you if we are going to all time high or if we are going under 10k, we only know what happens after it happens and not beforehand.

We are definitely going for a new all time high but not this year, more likely next year, not even on the first quarter of 2021 I read a thread here that market might dip or likely if there is a vaccine, it's something worth looking and but if ever or whatever happen 2021 will bring us good results and market will be different from these past three years.

If we can't take it in 1st quarter at least the whole 2021 is enough.

Remember the last halving of 2016 take effect i the last quarter of 2017 and that brings us ATH.
So if the same thing that we are finding then lets give at least that whole year a chance.
correction might happen because we already reach another high this year but won't last long and the whole next year will take us where we wanna go.

Won't it be a sudden rise when we get into the $20k zone right away? hope we don't get there on-time because this could equally lead us to serious crash as cryptocurrency history have it. We need to have a decent rise in Bitcoin price which can help grow in stimulant, though the present mood is a good one but we should expect more bullish in 2021 middle or end IMO. 

The current momentum of the market positive and it makes the market experience some surge in price but also experienced price correction which means until the slight correction is over cant expect the price of the market to receive $16Kbefore the end of this month because everyone seems to be uncertain especially the new resistance level. However, i don't like checking on the chart from time to time and i prefer to use price alert to prevent been emotional about the market movement.

Just as momentum is going high at some point there's always a period when the movement of the market is slowing down, we will have another all time high for sure but not in a way that we will get there immediately from $15 k to $18k then $21k, the phase is rather slow but enough to have confidence in the market, I like this kind of movement slow but sure.

If the momentum will continue like what is currently happening in the market, then we should expect that the price may reached or even beat the previous all time high. The major resistances are keep breaking out and there are only 3 major resistance remaining. If the bitcoin surpassed and beat that then the price will enter in virgin territory wherein there is no previous resistance and that is the time where we will see a monstrous momentum where the prices are parabolic. For sure that time is where the bitcoin will become popular again all over the world. A lot of investors, institutions, companies and organizations will also keep an eye on it if that happened. Right now there is a pullback that happened but for me it is normal and we should not panic just because the price retrace. It only validate that there are now demand area where a lot of people are interested to buy bitcoins.

Seems like that mate because the market is showing strong hold at $15,500 not unless the US election result make it move again.
Hmmm sounds like good but i think it is On December that this will be decided mate,we must be happy enough that by November we already
recorded a All ner High since the fall of 2018 and looking for 20,000 might be for the next year effect.

There's no doubt that the market will beat the previous ATH by reaching virgin territory if it hold unto the current market momentum cause the demand level is experiencing drastically growth than the supply and what will happen when Bitcoin reaches the virgin territory is enormous demand because more put will want to accumulate more while the holder will prefer to maximize their profit but the market is expected is experience correction during last week of December/first week of January.
Nevertheless, Bitcoin have already gain more popularity ever since Paypal integration.

Paypal and elections got together and gave us this big increase in bitcoin price, I am not saying we are not going to see anything like this anytime soon, obviously we are going to see a big increase in bitcoin one day, but I am not sure if we could see a big increase like this very quickly after this one. Probably will take a few months before we can move higher again and see how we are doing.

However this is bitcoin and nothing is set in stone here, maybe tomorrow we will wake up to 20k+ dollars? Maybe we will wake up to 10k dollars? Both of them are equally possible in the world of bitcoin and we can't possible know it beforehand. I just think that only thing we should focus right now would be to keep the price at $15k, if we can keep it above that level, that means we have a great future.

Keeping the price above 15k doesn't mean that we would really be having a great future yet we've been telling these lines when bitcoin is still on 10k 11k 12k and so on.

When it comes to reasons of such increase then no one can really tell but we can attached those paypal and election possible catalyst but no one can precisely tell if this one is the main reason.

For now the best thing to be done is to make money out of these movements.If you are in gains then it isn't bad to make up some sell at the moment.
Dumps are always possible to happen.

I think a new all time high is inevitable, dont know if it will happen on this side of the year or if it will be in 2021 but the buy pressure and sentiment is as good as ive ever seen it lately.  Would probably need a world event to stop progress on this bull run.

It's very possible for a new ATH and the fact is that bitcoin is currently in a bullish trend. I'm pretty sure that at the beginning of the year maybe we will be sooner to see the new ATH, with the announcement from Paypal last month will make bitcoin hit new ATH even faster

Why not? There's still a lot of time left before 2020 ends, and the market seems to be continuing to make a bullrun. $15,800 at the moment im typing this, anytime today Btc might be trading at $16,000 and we're still halfway through the end of November.
People are still very bullish on their predictions, and Btc is going closer to break the $20,000 ATH.

News like this are making Btc become more closer to break new ATH this year.

It seems that the paypal news and the general election triggered a very drastic increase in Bitcoin, and the new ATH is likely to continue slowly but surely and I am increasingly optimistic that by the end of the year Bitcoin will break through to 20K.
and correction after the bulls will definitely occur, and I consider this moment still in a holding situation to be patient waiting for higher prices.

It's looking increasingly likely that Bitcoin will continue the trend upwards. With that latest Paypal announcement, many institutional investors and fund managers now have the green light to start pouring money into it for their clients. There have been plenty of surveys done, including those covering the most recent economic quarter, which show that it is going to be in very high demand. Credit is very cheap right now and people who have a lot of money will tend to love a "currency" that allows them to move money across borders with great ease. They no longer need to have bank accounts if they can pay for stuff in the ever increasing eco-system around cryptocurrencies.

Are we "headed" to a new high? Sure we are headed that way and it looks like everything is in place for us to reach those levels, however it also doesn't mean that we will be there for sure, it just means that we are on path of that road right now but nobody knows if we will have enough fuel to continue down this path or not.

We are very excited because crypto world is doing amazing for the past 2 months or so, we are very excited because we have been waiting for these type of days to come for years now, but we should also be very careful about what is going on as well. It is not really something we should be focusing on alone, we should also focus on the fact that what does it mean if we break over 20k? What happens after that? We need to know that or we will crash again after breaking over it.
