First a primer. Afreum is a DeFi and payments ecosystem built on the Stellar network. Can you post a link to the ANN thread or any information about the project, I can't do anything with AFR, that doesn't mean anything to me

I hope these newbies would realized their mistake on how they are wasting a good marketing strategy. It looks like they have no idea how big bitcointalk is and what it could do with the search engine result. They should at least check other posts first, so they could get an idea in making proper post format.

It is really strange to see announcement thread without any links, whitepaper, video etc. I don't understand what is the point of doing such representation for this project ???

You need to post all the necessary links in your first post. Maybe check at least one ANN thread here in this section and you will know how to publish your project properly. And if you want to post images, you can buy copper membership here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote. You can't get user's interest here if your ANN thread is lacking of important details.

This is the ANN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5286378.msg55509494#msg55509494). I haven't read any single one of it though, they're sea of words, plus dev has 3 threads, so it's probably an ocean of words.

Dev, if I may suggest, just make one and complete (preferably readable and not sleep-inducing) thread instead of creating new ones everytime you feels like sharing a new update.

Yes, stick to one ANN thread and improve the content.
Add necessary links regarding the project.
The OP doesn't even have the website link, so we don't know what we are talking about here.
I don't think potential investors will be interested here if vital info are lacking.
