China like Russia say that it is premature to recognize Biden at this point, despite all major news channel  in USA have declared victory of Joe Biden. Both major world powers have adapted wait and see policy.

It is on the news that they're also waiting for these two country leaders to congratulate him.

Another thing to wait for because of this election.

they have to be silent because trump will proceed with some demands against the 'possible fraud' ones that get clear then they will say some words, but other way they have to wait because the feel like the process isn't over yet.

Biden win this one and there is nothing that trump can do against it.

But, they have their fingers crossed.     8)

Those 2 countries are also waiting about how Biden will extend hands towards them because the past administration has too much in effect their relationship.

and besides why need to wait for the greetings when he must need first to prove himself to be worth of the greet?

But of course we as community here are waiting for the platform of Biden administration.

Trump has already signalled  that he will challenge this election results in supreme court. How he wins this legal battle despite clear victory of Joe Biden that remains to be seen.
Six members of the court are conservative, including 3 nominated by Trump.

The relationship between China and USA is not the best, I would normally expect the Chinese government to be very happy for Biden to become president because he should be more open for trade relationships with China. But maybe this is just an act of the two countries and they play hard to get. After all Putin and Trump where kind of buddies.

i believe that these countries, that is, China and Russia, are only prudent and await the conclusion of any legal battles that Trump is putting in place I think that once there will be no more legal aftermath they will obviously congratulates with Biden

Exactly. It's not just China and Russia. That didn't yet congratulate Biden but why does it matter for US president if the two don't congratulate Biden?

Biden's position wouldn't be demoted if the two don't congratulate him. They'd be waiting as well what Biden could bring to them. If Biden is going hostile to China like Trump, Xi Jin will just ignore him unless Biden himself will call.

I am sure even though it was not announced openly but the presidents of China and Russia have congratulated Biden and may have arranged their cooperation plans. In the future, it is very clear that the US will be soft on China.

Its just because US government didn't officially announced Joe Biden won the election, so China tweeted that why they need to talk when their government didn't announced it yet.Trump has no luck to change anything as of now, unless miracles happen.
