Title: About Starlink [Elon Musk]
Post by: Sirait on November 10, 2020, 02:27:44 PM
^ Elon Musk again made the crowd by proving that Starlink can provide fast internet access even in the forest.

when it is already in mass production do you want to use Starlink to become your internet provider? reportedly the price to be worn is very affordable.

Starlink sounds great, but I need to see the latency claims in real world usage before I’d consider using it.

The greatest thing about a forest is that you have no Internet.
Elon Musk is a fascist, recording every move of the people who are stupid enough to buy his cars.

I guess this is centralized internet service?
We should be talking about something unique and decentralized for decentralized networks/communities.
There has been internet service like this(the ones with satellite dish) in existence, which I hardly consider when thinking about internet services in forests, hard-to-reach areas or isolated communities. The internet has to be decentralized, transparent and somewhat local.
