I posted awhile ago about Lottery Winners who blew it all, some of the stories ended in tragedies but some are just unfortunate events. Now I will be listing some of the luckiest people who won the lottery, not just once or twice (some of them won twice but that is up for debate). We may never learn something from them but atleast we will be in awe how their stories unfold.

• Bill Morgan

  Amount: AU$250,000 and a car
  
  This is by far the only one I know before making these list. Bill survived a heart-attack, he tried his luck by buying a lottery ticket and won a car. Bill was then invited to a TV show to re-enact the moment that he won the car and you guessed it, he won again. This time the 250k Australian Dollars. This is my definition of luck and I do not know what is for you but nothing can change my mind. Imagine reviving and the first thing you do is buy a lottery ticket because you are feeling lucky.

  Amount: $2,000,000
  
  Robert won the amount in the span of three months, the first win was just a whim to buy a ticket and he unexpectedly won the million dollar jackpot, the other winning ticket was won at another local store. Robert was smart about his winnings, he paid all of his debts and bought a house and motorcycle. The odds of winning was 1 in 2.1 million and he is the one in that 1 in 2.1 million.

  Amount: $150,000
  
  Mary’s first win was put into altruistic endeavors through helping her daughter buy a house. Four months after the first win, she won a few dollars but instead of taking the money, she picked another ticket and she won the 100k. She used it to fund her retirement which is a smart move. I envy the daughter in this story because her mother was generous enough to help her get a house.

  Amount: $546,000
  
  Kenneth won the same jackpot twice. His family had gifted him a ticket to the Massachusetts State Lottery, he had forgotten about the ticket though and in the process bought the same ticket with the combination as the gifted ticket. The money was well allocated in these one too, college tuition for his son, car payments for his daughter and a family vacation for celebration. This story could have gone sideways if he forgot the ticket in a way that he left it somewhere in public, he was lucky that that did not happen after all.

  Racy’s first win was a big money and his second one does not even hold a candle to it. He was smart about it though, he did not cash in the winnings right away and spent some of it in a car. There isn’t much that I can find about but he seems to have an Instagram, although this handle seems to be a shill for something.

  Amount: $325,184
  
  Mark was just stopping by in the gas station to fill up the truck he was driving. He bought one scratch ticket and won a measly $10, this followed the ultimate luck streak I have heard about in my life so far. He pushed his luck and won another $15 and he purchased 2 more tickets. One of them contains the jackpot. He had some shock after winning but his mind was on the right by considering investing the money. If there is a lucky bar somewhere within everyone, this guy just used all of it to get a luck streak.

  Amount: $2,150,000
  
  This couple just merged their luck and won in a span of months. They first won 1 million on the Powerball then a 50k Virginia Lottery and the next day 1 million in a scratch off ticket. They were not finished yet as they have claimed that they will still be playing their lottery, speaking of pushing their luck. In 2017, they won 100k in Virginia Lottery. That much luck streak as a couple, they could have made a fortune playing high stakes poker game in Vegas.

  She was considered to be the luckiest woman on Earth except she does not relied on luck, all of her wins are in the state of Texas. Some have calculated her chance of winning to 1 in septillion. That means that the odds stacked against her is so big that it might be virtually impossible for someone to replicate the win. This odds is no match for her though, it just so happens that she is a Math professor specializing in Statistics. This story made me think that luck is for the unskilled, we could still believe in luck but her story is one bad ass move to show the finger to Lady Luck.

  Melvyn’s first win was in 2004, a mere 25k on a scratch card. A year later, two wins in Virginia Lottery worth 1.5 million. Another win in 2013 came for the guy worth 500k. This man is a retired postal worker, couldn’t say that he wasted his money but hey, the wins.

  Wins: 7
  Amount: $1,000,000 and a holiday trip to Memphis
  
  Richards amount is not that big compared to the others in the list but he is different. He became a celebrity after his wins although there are skeptics about his wins. One Felix Salmon asked if the money he spent on lottery tickets yield him a profit. He wrote books although this was hailed with criticism as the tips seem to not help raise the odds which is understandable because the more people playing then that means the odds will increase.
  

This is the top 10 luckiest winners or should I say lucky people in general. I plan to do a part two of this post were the wins are spanning the two digit region. I tried to make the list as long as possible but I am tired and I will just stick to the top ten format so the readers will not be bored reading it.

there is one good word for them; 'you only get one shot'...
those who win big at gambling can be counted and only a few, if they can make good use of their winnings then they are 'financially free' until they die. I always hope that at least once in my life, I can win big.  :D

Some of the stories here are just unbelievable, like this number 1, the chance to win in a lottery in that fashion is I guess is one in one hundred million, it's hard to do that that way, you can win twice in a span of months or years but not in that fashion, truly remarkable and for the record, made me believe that there is such a thing as planned luck[/list]

In regards to the maths professor, I feel it's possible to increase your chances of winning such lottery if you do a thorough research on how the lottery was made and distributed around a country. If you can do the research without breaking the law (like hacking into things during research, or bribing people for secret/info), you could end up increasing your chances by pinpointing list of places where the jackpots could be located then spend reasonable amount of money buying lottery tickets in the locations.

Do I need to get a heart attack before I win the lottery? Kidding. Jokes aside damn, these fellows are really lucky. The odds of them winning are in the lowest of the low, not really surprised with that. Can't believe what happened to Bill Morgans luck though. Literally avoided Death so Life decided to gift you some rewards.
I don't think so? I mean, the most you could find would probably the statistics of ticket holders from various places. Even if you compile all the winners and look at the country with the highest winrate, I hardly doubt that would be enough to provide you a winning lot. Even if we do consider that her confidence level leads to being sky-high that she thinks it's a guaranteed win, it's still down to luck no matter what. It's still a 50-50 chance of win/loss.

Don't know if that thing exist but since they believe that then it make them think that they had greater chances than normal guys around. But unfortunately in reality all is in random and chances are so little. If you believe such stories then there's nothing wrong with it but for me those things doesn't exist and I don't believe it.

People indeed do such researches for winning big in lottery. But theoretically, it will only increase the probability of winning, but won't guarantee it! However, it is a huge task to pull together for a  human being all alone. So someone will be follish enough to spend so much time on calculation the probability rather than using this time for something constructive!

They are luckiest because hey won many times in the lottery while the others is one winning only and most of the people not win because winning in loterry is not easy or very hard and I hopr those money they got from the loterry will be use in the right thing such as business and helping others like charity. Im a loterry player but I hope someday I get the right number in the lottery draw and I will use the money wisely.

This bettors are really lucky managing to win more than once and some one more than 3 and even more than 5 I wonder how often the bet on lottery and how much they are spending on playing lottery games.

I really like this list compared to another thread which has shown many lottery winners whose life got in the wrong turn after winning the lottery.These persons were smart enough to make smart investments from their money and a lot of good things happened to them,like paying debts or buying a house or a car or other good real estate things.

i like the story of bill morgan . he thinks that he was lucky surviving a heart attack and use that as a basis to test his luck on other things but this time he bet on lotto and he won. the guy will surely feel good for him self because he know how to follow his instincs and betting on a lotto is not that expensive enough with a ticket that is retail under 1 usd thats why he take the risk imediately  . we dont need a sign before betting and we can still win but one time i saw a sign and it was a big butterfly that symbolize money  . i tried gambling on crypto sites that day but i still loose

That is always the case. Out of hundreds of thousands of lottery tickets, only a ticket or two are lucky enough to have the winning number combinations. Luck is always the word here. So in case people are overly inspired by the stories of these lucky individuals and started to buy and buy lottery tickets so that he will also win millions, that is out of place.

There are so many people who got addicted to lotteries and have already spent a fortune in them but always end up losing. Losing is happening everyday to the 99.9% of lottery ticket buyers. They should realize that.

what a big fxx winning!!  with this much money, I can buy many things in my country like a very luxurious house.  I am quite curious about what is happening to him at this time, whether he used his winning money very well or ended up in debt due to mismanagement.  really make envious..

There isn't any much information about that guy. All sites i've read only said he plans to buy a new car with those money. He won twice, first with $50million and the second was $32,304 , not $50,032,304*2

Wow, they sure to have a great money receive in their winnings. If I am not mistaken if that money will be converted to our fiat currency that could buy house and lot, apartment, good cars, can live in a luxury life and and make girls fall in love with that money they win. Well, life is very short to live after all. We should be happy right now that we are healthy and away from sickness. Winning that big amount of money to lotteries are just a bonus. Anyway, congratulations to the lucky ones.

youll get good vibes here. but yeah, i read the other thread also, same author. was guessing that somebody will make a thread opposite of those lottery losers, but same person posted this topic.
anyway, those winners are really lucky as winning in lottery is like one in a million chance. and they got their chance of a lifetime. and almost all of them, not only won once but min twice.
guess not many people can experience such luck especially in gambling!

Very lucky players. I can't even one in lottery at least once, maybe I should start betting now on lottery they kinda have big rewards in my opinion that Richard Lustig won 7 times that's really a lucky bettor.

wow they are really lucky and fortunate, just thinking how many odds will be in that Game, the probability to win a lottery is very small, consider the fact that as long as the prize will go higher, people will buy or hoard more so the chance of winning through 1 ticket only is less than 1%, so I think if the universe let you will that, it will be give That to you. I hope they will spend their money in good and proper things and help others as well.

It's so hard to even win once in a lottery but then, to be able to win more than once is truly lucky. I always say that winning a jackpot in the lottery is like a blue moon, but some of these people just have a short span of an interval between their first winning and the next one. But no matter if how many times you win in the lottery if you don't know how to allocate and spend your money wisely, you won't be successful. Good for them that they know how to spend it and that their luck is with them.

There is a documentary that shows how people ruin their life when they win the lottery, they lose their family and friends and in the end, they lose the money for a terrible administration and a Grady life stile.

Sounds cruel but 95% of the people aren't ready to be rich, they will lose it all if they become rich only with luck.

Of all, I think Kenneth Stokes is unbelievably lucky since the ticket that was given to him was lost and he was able to buy another one with the same combination and no one was able to find the first ticket he had lost and that made him won the full amount.

Though all of them are a lucky and good thing that they were able to manage their winnings that if I am fortunate enough like these folks to win million dollars then I will definitely follow their path compare to the list of winners that OP posted first on the other trend, winners who became losers in the end.

^ I have read your post OP about the winners who blew it off and it really taught me a lot. These winners who are able to manage their winnings can really be considered as lucky since none of them were able to win with a strategic analysis about what they should bet in fact, some of them won without the intention of playing gamble. Considering one of them is a mathematician and a statistic professor still it is not enough reason to know where and when to place your bet for a sure win because in gambling we always rely on our luck.

The Bill Morgan story is too recent to judge whether it's truly a happy end case. As for Hamilton, it sounds pretty good, but I couldn't find any info about his life after 2014... It seems that this list is based on winning more than once, whereas the previous was focused on what happened with the money. However, some stories are indeed inspiring (Mary, Kenneth). At the same time, they spent the money on their relatives, whereas in the previous thread you considered such spending a negative thing.
Interesting story about the biggest win by a pro in Statistics... She probably found a flaw in the system.

He's certainly lucky considering he just survived that heart attack, that's more precious and luckiest of all IMO rather the latter winnings.

Definitely it's one of the top lead cause of death in the world and he managed to survive on it.
I think he was really destined that if he survive that heart attack he will become lucky for the remaining of his life.
Imagine winning two times in lottery is not that easy since the chance is very little to none.

Getting lucky and winning millions will not get your exhausted but if they keep on spending money to win more then they might end up loosing a major share of their win. I have not won anything major around the million mark but i had my luck in sports and dice in the past winning decent amounts.

I do not remember whether i took a lottery in my life but i think i need to try out my luck seeing all the huge amounts and who knows whether the luck is in my side ;).

I can also remember situations where they have not been paid. I don't remember which bookie this was. They claimed that the odds were wrong somewhere, and then the entire bet was declared void.
It was also about 200,000 USD, not an astronomical amount, but a lot of money nonetheless. Imagine what you can do when you win 100 million.

it's really more easy win a lottery then find a bitcoin address already used. this is what I think each time I see people win a lottery.
In my country (Italy) I have seen some people win tens of millions euro, and then wasting all in just few years remaining after that with... nothing!

Majority would really have this kind of mindset where they do believe that they would even win more if they would continue on betting on lottery but as you said
major part of that winning will be spent back on betting which is really totally not surprising because humans always have that greediness inside.
Luck is always been the main factor on winning something specially on a lottery game where chances are almost close to impossible but there are still
people who do managed to win up second time around? what the heck with that kind of luck.

It is incredibly difficult but there are ways to improve your chances, most lotteries use a method to produce random results but what if the results are not truly that random? That is when someone that is an expert in mathematics and statistics could improve his chances, but lets be honest this is incredibly difficult and there is a big chance that after all your effort you find out that the game is in fact random and there is nothing there for you to take advantage of, so unless you are a fanatic of lottery already it is better to not bother.

You would really consider yourself lucky if you do survive from a heart-attack.Aside on the money he had won then he must be thankful for the second life that he had and also

it might not be shown or do result directly but there are particular moments in life that would really be life changing. If there are Losers then theres also some winners and thats how life works.  :)

True! If you will have that money, are you going to spend so much time here? I don't think so. Will spend time in much important things like at least having one business, invest in real estate property, not too expensive property just the right one. Better live in modest way rather than in luxury. That's where a lot of winners are failing, spending too much as if there's no tomorrow.
