Ex. Image of the restaurant with your BTT name and date with it. Documentation about ownership (because its easy to pretend to be owner of someones business. :D 101% sure that no one on this forum will shell out that 45k just to invest into your restaurant without any assurance on getting that share. Why not took up some loan from a bank or find some local investors residing the place? 2500 daily earning is decent and thats a sure up thing that can be approved when you do took some loan specially on banks.
