Title: Gunbot trading story
Post by: worldofcoins on November 16, 2020, 06:35:21 AM
How many of you out there are using the gunbot to trade.

-What is the biggest profit you made.
-What is the biggest loss you had to face.
-Which gunbot strategy you use most often with the gunbot.
-Which exchange you trade most often with the gunbot.

I have used it time to time, the good part about it is the fact that you get it for life so I only paid once and it was years ago so it was cheap and didn't cost me much and if I want to I could literally just sell the token I got from them and be in profit just from that. Aside from that to answer your questions the biggest I made from one trade was 220% profit, that is very very very rare because I do not program my bot to sell that way anymore, it has to be something like a huge spike for it to happen and even at that my bot has to realize that spike a bit too late, I configured it to sell quicker.

I still hold a bag from 2018, but that is not really fully on gunbot, 2018 was a horrible year. I bought a script once from someone and just change that a bit and made it my own, not using default options. Binance, I do not actually use anywhere else.

I haven't used gunbot but I know that it's one of the most popular trading bots not only in the forum.

I know that there's one user and can help you answer most of those questions, crwth. AFAIK, he's also a reseller of it.

Oh wow, I didn't know that a trading bot can give you a huge profit like that but as you said it is very rare so earning that kind of gains is once in a blue moon or it can say that it just a luck. I do not yet use Gunbot because I'm one of the haters of trading bots because for me it is a waste of money to purchase and avail one of these. I promote self-trading wherein you are the one should create decision where you are always creating plan for your perfect execution. Most of the opinions and past researches that I've read; trading bots usually have bad reputation because only few people are making gains. I do not why I do not have any plan to use that gun bot maybe because I now know how to make consistent gains in the market.

As a reseller, I hope you wouldn't think I'm biased on Gunbot, but it's definitely the best one out there with all the customization you could do with your own strategy. With the recently released v20 of Gunbot, you surely wouldn't be disappointed.

Anyway, let me answer your questions, honestly.

1. What is the biggest profit you made
- It was almost 200% of my whole wallet. Not a trade, but the whole wallet. So what I did is I traded multiple pairs (this is futures market) and continuously traded with Gunbot.

2. What is the biggest loss you had to face
- I lost around $2k, which liquidated my account, but I came back from it. It was quite a long time ago too. You should know that trading is risky.

3. Which gunbot strategy you use most often with the gunbot
- The best strategy I used is the Market Maker strategy. It's one that is both risky but rewarding at the same time. It produces rebates that could be additionally beneficial in the long run.
- If I'm a newbie, I would start with the BBTA-TSSL strategy. I think that's a great approach.

4. Which exchange you trade most often with the gunbot
- Binance Futures, Kraken Futures, Nash.io, and OKEx. I focus mostly on Binance Futures. They are partners with Gunbot. Rest assured that there are many certified exchanges supported by Gunbot like Bittrex, Bitmex, Kraken, etc. You could check it here. https://wiki.gunthy.org/about/supported-exchanges

I could assist you in setting up and making sure that Gunbot is working fine. If you have more questions, I'll be more than happy to answer.

Thanks for mentioning me; jossiel now I saw this thread.

Don't mention it.

Those personal texts are of great help.

It can help you and help you not. Just because you have purchased a trading bot means that you have guaranteed profit, well the usage depends on you as the captain of the bot. But if you plan to use it in the future, make sure to ask those experts who have been using it to be guided.

Yes, you are.  You mentioned above the name that's why the notification bot triggered and sent notification to that user.

I heard and saw many threads of Gunbot here(how to use) so many times with the most reputable members and I think most of them can vouch for this trading bot too.  TBH, I haven't use Gunbot in my trading either of it's like because I prefer to do the trading on my own so I could have full control of it and blame no one except for my self every time I lose.  Most all the time the traders that need automated trading bot is I think the day trader because of the need to monitor the moment of the market price.

However, though I never patronize it that doesn't mean I am against it especially if Gunbot works perfectly fine with the others then I may suggest it as well with my friends who plan to use such a platform for their trading activities.

Hearing people who have made big money from the real estate market does not make you an expert in real estate, and the same is doubly true in the cryptocurrency market. You cannot benefit from other people's stories, their biggest successes or their losses.

The only thing you can ask and benefit from it from is their experiences, let's talk about our experiences and tips that can be given to you to reduce the possibility of your loss.

gunbot and other trading bots are advance and you need to learn how to do it before starting

That is some good and straight review about the gunbot. This bot was very popular back in 2017-18 and whole forum used to talk about it. I have also seen many threads every couple of days about gunbot so surely it was good at the time. However, slowly the patterns changed for the crypto space, the volatility is completely screwed up if considered in relation to btc and alts.

Im not sure how many of you remember those days, ALTs being directly proportional to btc movement. This made it very easier for the bots to program that way and plenty of scripts were present to get some stash on the way.

The old players will obviously tell us the tail more promptly.

What I mean is that, it's a casual way of saying that it's ok, fine and no problem.

The guy above you just shared his experience for gunbot for bear and bull market.

Gunbot is good yet it would still depend on how you will customize it. Never ever try a bot that has his own strategy, better apply yours so that the risk is much less and the trading itself would be like a real trader as normal as possible. If you're really interested in using Gunbot, better do your research first on the risks that bots have, especially that they are just programs and scripts that do trades for you once they've met your strategy, and not like brokers that can be sued once you've lost a trade.

That's great to hear and since you look experienced with GunBot please can you help me determine which package is the best one for a starter because I have been into trading for a long time but I haven't used many bots apart from a few free ones.

So, I see there are 4 packages on their website (https://www.gunbot.com/ right?) I was wondering if I should start with the Starter package but they work only on 1 exchange while I would love to operate the bot on at least 3 exchanges but the Pro version is 0.0375 BTC and I am not sure if investing that much is worth it. Please can you suggest some details like which one is best suited for traders new to bots.

It's the black Friday Sale, It's the best time to buy a Gunbot license those are 75% off prices.
I might get an upgrade for my Pro License to Ultimate.

Edit: If you're new then buying Pro License is good because it's on a Crazy discount today including Ultimate License incase you don't want to spend that much then buying Gunbot Standard with unlimited strategies.

^People have to realize all of the profit and the loss you make is a bit depending on you and not fully on gunbot neither. Gunbot is something that does whatever you want it to do and nothing more, do not assume like gunbot is a machine that trades for you without asking anything to you, it is not just "gimme money" button and that's it :D.

So, if you configure it horribly you could lose money, or if you configure it amazingly you could strike rich in few weeks very easily. It all depends on your configuration and obviously depends on the market as well. During my use like I said I made 220% once, but that was only because I had strategy like that, nowadays it is literally impossible for me to make that because my strategy is not like that, so do not look at how much you make, look at if gunbot actually executes your order.
