Maybe you can tell them your issue thru their official twitter account: https://twitter.com/coinegg_ltd?lang=en. Usually this kind of tactic might work your way as there are many eyes seeing your issues with this exchange, so definitely worth a try in my opinion. Title: Re: coinegg.com SCAM!!! There was some thread like this about coinegg in this forum. But I can not find the solution that those issues were solved. So nothing to do here but wait. If there any official thread of coinegg then we can try to ask them to handle this issue.
