Looking for good developer of usd or eur stable coin.

Be specific about what kind of developer you are looking for and what's the project is all about. If it's a legit project then you should say all the needed details for you to get the developer that you need.

What does this mean? no fixed payment? developers won't work with unknown projects without having a fixed payment.

Why not? 
We issue minimum of  100k   stable currency we do air drop and  we create currency for us so
Let's say Total is   like 500k then the developer
Gets 250k  USA dollars or eur... Just to develope one easy coin or token.

I think its a win win!

Not all projects that are being developed becomes successful. That's a huge money that you're talking. I'm not being negative but with a lot of stable coins that we have, you have a little chance to succeed. You can't even find a developer who's going to work for you with dedication and commitment to that project. You're offering a commission for the project but the effort could go into waste if the project fails as many really do. Most developers wouldn't take jobs such as this if there's no fix arrangement.
