Maybe, I have made a similar topic about this kind of problem, but, for this time, this is a [Newbie] account which is classified as too evil and for my Reference. I do not think that we should make lists of such users, since such accounts increase in arithmetic progression. The cheaters have their plans, which are trying to confuse the detectives, and in the future to accuse other users of cheating. I can say that they will fail.

I have started working on the spreadsheet, will give them negative feedback, and report their entries to the modes. TBH, this type of behavior should not be tolerated and they should be banned for at least a month for doing such things. It looks like these accounts belong to the same person or a group of people created thousands of account for spamming bounties. I am amazed how dare they are, as it's very obvious, they do not fear what managers will do their entries or they might be getting negative feedback, or even they might get banned. Chances are they are doing this in the hopes that this "mistake" will be taken as some kind of wrong move from that account that they have posted their credentials to one of their alt accounts. A lot of DT members I see are trigger friendly when it comes to handing out negative feedbacks so maybe they are trying to take advantage of this to take a legitimate account down.
