Title: 1xbit turned my account off after I won a lot on e-sport matches
Post by: lemme on November 23, 2020, 05:32:06 PM
Long story short, I deposited cryptocurrencies worth about 3.5 litecoins on 1xbit a couple days ago. Since then I won a couple of all in bets on e-sport (CS:GO) matches finishing the day with roughly 8.5 LTC in profit. When I waked up today I was logged out of mobile app and website. When I tried to log back in I was given an error of "Incorrect username / password combinantion". I reached out to live support and was told to e-mail "security@1x-bit.com" with my issue. So I did that and got a reply like that:

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

So I made some more research and found out that 1xbit scammed people before like that. I wasn't aware of that. It's kind of my fault that I trusted them blindly and didn't research them enough, I take that.

It seems like I will never get the money I won back, they stole it. They are really bad people, stealing from others with no guilt. At least I managed to withdraw my initial deposit before they scammed me. It sucks because I felt so happy about my winnings and thought about many things I would buy on Black Friday. I feel helpless and hopeless, yet I kind of know nobody here is able to help me.

They have been scam people from day one and the various complaints and scam accusations online is more than enough evidence that they are not to be trusted. there's nothing much you can do now except learn a lesson not to just trust any service online. First research about it and verify.

Yeah, looks like that money is gone. It surely sucks. Hopefully your review will help another innocent user out there who tries to do some research.

It's already long and yet people still depositing, the representative of 1xbit are full of negative feedback it's so unfortunate 2 days ago before this thread was created, obviously OP did not do a research, if there are still people like OP we will have hundreds of campaign coming in, unfortunately, people should be responsible and do not be lazy to do a research, it's for their own good.

This has a lot of impact, the community has to accept the burden that has been done, in research it is very important why is that because so that it doesn't fall into the same hole anymore, especially the 1xbit gambling site which keeps lots of problems coming, I don't wonder why the new OP in this forum might know 1xbit platform from advertising and use it try if you know from this forum maybe it will be better and will not use it for gambling.

It doesn't matter what you bet on on the site, or what you bet on. The amount of amounts does not seem to matter for 1xbit anymore. The moment you win too much, they block you.
You cannot blame your own anything in this. Based on previous comparable situations, there is little hope that you will ever see your winnings again. you can always try, but where do you start?
They are not easy to find. They have chosen for this with a reason of course.
