Are you trying to deposit Bitcoin to Binance?

If yes then your transaction might be still unconfirmed due to low fees and network congestion.

Can you post the transaction ID here so that we can analyze if the transaction still unconfirmed and maybe we can give you some suggestions to fix your issue?

You cant send out any x$ without fees. Either you are missing it or were too new to notice.

Did you buy the coins on Binance?

If so there should be a transaction history page where you can check your transactions, deposits and withdrawals. I suppose you are trying to withdraw to your wallet what you bought on the exchange.

Assuming you did everything correctly and used your personal wallet address for the withdrawal, you should get a transaction ID and also a new entry on the wallet address page of your personal wallet where all unconfirmed/confirmed transactions get listed - best way to check your wallet balance is to go to any online block explorer website and put in the wallet address in the search.

OP, are you asking about deposit/withdrawal or the actual trade?
If I understood correctly you may be asking about the actual trade and then maybe your order was not filled. Binance is only matching sellers and buyers and maybe you were offering a price that's too low now because of market fluctuation.
Or, maybe your order was filled and the coins are at Binance and you are expecting them in your wallet? Then you have to withdraw (but 5$ worth of Bitcoin is too small amount for that).

However, you may have to explain better what you've done there and what you are expecting if you want proper answers...

What wallet you currently using before you sent Bitcoin to Binance?

Mostly no transaction fees will always be rejected to the network unless if you pay 1 sat/byte above and the network today is pretty congested it may take too long before your transaction confirms.

If you can tell us more about the wallet you use maybe the fees are already included because I think some wallet doesn't require fees if you bought BTC directly from them.
Or if your wallet is a non-custodial wallet you can increase the transaction fee if you want the transaction to be confirmed in the next few blocks.
The recommended fee today is 80+ sat/byte.

What you're trying to ask is quite hard to understand. Perhaps you didn't phrase the question well. Are you depositing the Bitcoins to Binance or withdrawing from Binance to your personal address?

The easiest way to help you know what's going on is if you could provide a transaction ID so that member can help you know if the transaction was confirmed or not, If the fee was below minimum or not.
