The next update will connect a USB FPGA module directly to the motherboard, using the internal connector pins and feeding directly from the ATX. Greetings. but these don't have to be power efficient when the point is having 10ghs+ worth of FPGAs. The power connector is directly connected to the ATX power supply.

Such a thingy can save you the hassle of ruining your USB thumbdrive and it has 2 USB ports!
