Good point on the links, although I do think genuinely.interested readers have to do a bit of work, without everything being handed out on a plate. There is a roadmap on page 21 of the whitepaper. 4% is the dollar value allocation, so since the presale, and crowdsale prices are different, the token numbers are adjusted accordingly. But yes a bit confusing so thanks for pointing this out too.
