Current Claymore miner is version 15.0 released on December 2019, and there were no updates since 15.0. The current version is valid till #384 DAG epoch - so in next couple of weeks Claymore will become obsolete.
Forget about Claymore, there are alternatives - Phoenix miner, lol miner, and bunch of others... Each miner has his own topic, so the best course of action will be to investigate results other miners have posted in miner-specific topic.
Of course, if mr. Claymore woke from his hibernation - I'll recommend his miner over Nanominer - my small rig gives around 170 Mh/s on Claymore, and on Nanominer it is modest 145 Mh/s.

I'm not sure that now any of the miner developers will be able to make a new discovery in order to increase the ETH hashrate.
All video cards are tested on the Ethash algorithm, so do not waste time experimenting.
Pool luck also affects the profit, but if you use large pools, you will not notice the difference

How do I change the-strap, -sintensity, and-rxboost parameters correctly to adjust video card timings and increase profitability by 10-20%?

The problem is that Claymore is death for ETC and it will be completely death for ETH in less than 1 month... At the end nearly all miners give the same hash in Pool... I'm talking in Pool because is it well known that some miners inflate his hash and at the end in pool are nearly all the same, 1-2% maximum.
So you should think in another alternative for Claymore, if you are looking something for a Mix Rig (AMD and Nvidia) lolMiner is a good solution
