Title: Bitcoin and Ethereum with modest growth. Litecoin lost 9% last week
Post by: Bogberry on November 30, 2020, 08:45:10 AM
Last week, among the 20 largest cryptocurrencies, the highest rates of return were offered to investors by Stellar and Ripple network tokens. At the turn of 7 days XLM and XRP grew by 87% and 38% respectively, which was by far the strongest profit in the group of top digital assets. Bitcoin (BTC) and Ether (ETH), after strong declines observed on Thursday, finally gained only 0.7% and 0.5%, and on the side of the heirs, Litecoin stood out, among others, losing over 9%.
The leader of the depreciation in the group of top twenty cryptocurrency turned out to be OKB falling by 15%.
Thursday's depreciation of BTC by more than 8%, which was the strongest in a series of increases in recent months, had a negative impact on the broad cryptocurrency market.
Eventually, however, the bitcoin rate rebounds for the third day in a row and on Monday it returns clearly above 18.5 thousand dollars.

Litecoin is poised for another uptrend. It could explode by a massive margin.
Being a top 10 virtual currency, it keeps attracting new users. It is in the process, becoming more stable.

At the moment I see the market going green again. Where Ethereum hit $ 594, Bitcoin also hit $ 18,700 and Litecoin also hit $ 80. I think this increase will continue until the end of 2020.

I think you have to check how much the percentage you've said. It's inaccurate IMHO with the gain that you've given. And just as what everyone is noticing today, we just got back to $19k and that taken the news in the mainstream again.

Bitcoin is $19400 today.

Ethereum is $609 today.

Speculations are positive by the end of the year up to 2021.

You forget to mention LTC which is ~$91 at this moment... ;)

Since the Covid situation more and more join cryptocurrencies, even if some of them don't get them for hodl-ing them. So besides speculation, trends, and FOMO regarding investment opportunities, people will turn to digital currencies. ECB through their President Ms. Lagarde, already said that EUR will turn into digitalization in the next 3-4 years... (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/euro/html/digitaleuro.en.html)
Ofc it's not BTC and it never will be but it shows that soon everyone will go and use digital currencies. So 2021 maybe the start of a big uprising move for all crypto.

It is a mistake to compare the growth rate of bitcoin and all altcoin, there is a big difference in the market capacity, so growing bitcoin by 10% needs liquidity equivalent to hundreds of times what many altcoins need.

Bitcoin has rallied in a frenzy in the previous days, and breaking its highs is something different to many altcoins ATH.

Ripple has started to grow rapidly, but centralization will make it suffer from stronger correction processes than Bitcoin.

Yeah, sorry 'bout that, and today it's $84. The market got a small correction but it's always favorable and healthy. The same momentum as it gets before it finally hits $20k.

I agree with that. It has already been announced by these companies that they're going into the adoption of digital currencies. The CBDCs are likely their main counterpart on this. And regards that, people who doubt bitcoin as a digital currency will now have an idea that they shouldn't be scared of it investing as even their governments are opening themselves to making one but as a currency not a store of value nor investment.
